We stayed here for a week and have nothing but positive things to say. The place is an oasis in the hot, dense and noisy Medina. Staff is super friendly, accomodating and helpful. When our teenage son wanted to sleep in one day, they made him breakfast and kept it in the fridge for him to enjoy later - their suggestion. For everybody else, the basic Moroccoan breakfast on the rooftop is a good way to start the day. And the small pool was a real treat for cooling off from the 42 degrees outside. Short walks to everything you need.

The concierge team could not do enough for us. Everything was lovely. Our room had a private rooftop for lounging. The shower was a bit hit and miss but they all are in the medina. Everywhere smells of orange blossom. We stayed here all week so my only feedback to the hotel would be to vary the breakfast up a bit as it got a bit samey. I'd also appreciate a dinner menu board or a menu provided at breakfast maybe so we could see what was for dinner and decide if we wanted to book. The riad is in an excellent location close to Ben Youssef Medersa and near lots of great places to eat.

My adult daughter and I stayed one night here. The experience was extremely uncomfortable. The nighttime manager was friendly and took our bags, but he led us through 10 minutes of crowded, chaotic medina alleys full of men lingering around, mopeds brushing past, and one man approaching us aggressively. Inside, the riad looked pleasant at first glance, but a strong damp, musty smell hit immediately. The manager mentioned recent courtyard construction, and dust from that work was still everywhere. The riad didn’t match the photos; the design was decent, but many finishes were shoddy. Our room had visible dirt, an old shower drain full of hair, a loose faucet, cracking plaster, and ground‑up cement or sanding dust in the bathroom hardware. It was freezing, the heat didn’t work, there was a faint smell of cat urine, and our request for a blanket went unanswered. The nighttime manager said he’d issue a refund but was unreachable when Hotels.com called and wasn’t there the next morning. The daytime manager however was excellent—kind, professional, and proactive. He contacted the nighttime manager directly so the situation could be corrected and our full nonrefundable stay was refunded. The conditions in the riad itself were simply untenable.

Hyggeligt sted. Dejlig tagterrasse. Dejlig værelse med højt til loftet og lækker indretning. Så sød og hjælpsom service. Bader som er manager på stedet var en kæmpe stjerne. Altid smilende og hjælpsom.

The place is beautiful, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The fireplace was amazing in winter. The bed was not the most comfortable and that’s why the 4 stars and not 5. Good location. Walkable to the souk, medina and everything. The airport transfer was really reassuring with the hotel staff walking us to the van.

We had an excellent stay. Badr was very helpful to us being available at all times. He gave us great tips. Google map was very helpful finding the place.

Badar made it exceptional!!! He was at our beck and call. So professional and accommodating. The Riad was beautiful and very comfortable and perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do and see. We will definitely be back!!

Au cœur de la Médina, un riad typique, à la décoration élégante et épurée. Le personnel est discret, chaleureux et disponible. Les petits déjeuners maisons, servis sur la terrasse avec vue sur le Minaret, sont un délice. Une très bonne adresse pour une expérience immersive et confortable.

While the staff & the mgt’s attitude to the service quality was excellent, the location of the property & the accessibility has major issues. About 500 m walk on uneven surface, through crowded, dirty & confusing allies from taxi drop off point to the hotel is just not an ideal for a tourist in a new place. Particularly in the evening when dark felt very unsafe walking around. I am surprised these issues were not highlighted by previous travellers.

This is a lovely, traditional Riad in the heart of the Medina. It is very conveniently located and walking distance to the main square, several museums/attractions, and many great eateries. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was beautifully decorated and was very clean. Breakfast was freshly prepared daily. The air conditioning in the room was not the best and we were there during very hot time. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Marrakech and wanting a wonderful, authentic experience!

Medhi, Bader and all the team working there are very nice and helpful. The lady making breakfast was super nice. Had a good time !

The staff was very nice, accommodating and helpful. Once you’re in the room the WiFi is horrible and our bathroom has hair still in the shower. However, I believe it was a honest mistake and was missed. I still would recommend
