Very noisy heating system in the room

객실 상태가 너무 좋았고 멀김 했지만 대통령궁을 객실 창을 총해서 볼수 있었던점이 좋았습니다

LOVED the hotel! Close to airport and shopping mall! Literally you can get almost anywhere in quick 10-15 min ride! Breakfasts were delicious and fresh! Definitely will be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent size room and large bed. Good size bathroom and fairly easy to use shower. location perfect for the conference centre.

The staff was excellent and they gave me a fruit basket because I had to switch rooms due to the first not having AC. The hotel is isolated as there are no restaurants within walking distance. Taxis are fairly cheap th.

Jeg fikk ikke rom der for de påsto at bookingen min var fra neste dag, at jeg hadde valgt feil dato. Det eneste de hadde ledig var et business+ rom som var avsindig dyrt. På ettermiddagen sjekket jeg mailen min og ser da at jeg ikke hadde bestilt feil. Jeg hadde riktig dato. Jeg kontaktet hotellet og da hadde de ledig rom til meg. Til den prisen forventer man at man har varmt vann i kranene. Vet ikke hva problemet var, det var bare et oppslag om at det ikke ville være varmt vann der frem til kl 20 neste dag.

Nice comfortable hotel close to the airport. Vegetarian choices in the restaurant limited but it goes with the whole country.

I was traveling on business and Wyndham Gardens was a good option providing good balance between price and quality. It is a bit far from the center and you need to allocate more time during traffic hours to get to places , but close distance to the airport is a bonus.

I arrived a lot earlier of my check in time, I am a tourist and my plane was at 8 am. Upon check in the 2 girls charged me $66 for 4 hours of earlier check in and didn’t even give me a receipt. I paid for the hotel $60 but extra 4 hours cost me $66. So stupid and weird. I would really love to talk to their owner or manager at that time but there was any on duty. The hotel is nice but these two girls ruined my stay for overcharged

High level structure, very good room, only the shower handle was difficult to operate and I couldn't have warm water to wash myself

Totally disappointed with service quality provided. I’m prepared to get in touch with Wyndham corporations headwaters about the mismanagement issues occurred during my stay.

Не первый раз бронзировали номер ,сами из США и стараемся брать отели американской сети ,месяц назад забронировали номер ,прилетели а номера нет ,тупо перепродали Россиянам в два или три раза дороже .Не позорьте имя Виндома ,отели таких марок работают на репутацию и стандарты а не на лишние 20 тыс тенге .Деньги за номер вернули и сказали идите снимите себе другой номер ,и ниче что мы после пяти самолетов с 4летним ребёнком и время нашего прилета было 11 вечера .Короче казахи разочаровали ,впрочем не удивили .

Being in a Russian speaking country, we were afraid there would be communications issues. The front desk staff were multi-lingual and extremely helpful knowing we were from out of the country.
