Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig.Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön,man findet immer freie Liegen.Das Buffet könnte besser organisiert werden und die Qualität des Essen könnte besser sein.

Oda temizlik ekibindeki kişi sürekli gelip saat kaçta ayrılacaksınız diye sabah 09.00 dan itibaren sormaya başladı . 12.00 de çıkacağımıza söylememize rahmen resepsiyondan da arayıp tekrar tekrar sordular. 11.45 te 2 odamızı da boşalttık. Otelin içindeki supermarkette çalışan erkek personelin davranışları kabaydı. 5 yıldızlı bir hotel çalışanlarına daha iyi eğitim vermesi gerekiyor.

Good hotel but I think is to crowdy

hotel located right on the seafront, which had multiple pools, but the beach was quite far away. Unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal in several aspects. Firstly, the reception staff were extremely unfriendly. Their responses were very curt and dry, leaving no room for any discussion or attempts to resolve issues. While not all the staff were like this, the majority left a negative impression. Additionally, the food in the main restaurants was quite disappointing. It felt as though the chefs were either not skilled or not attentive to the quality of the meals, resulting in tasteless dishes. Overall, while the hotel has great facilities and a beautiful location, the unfriendly service and poor food quality were significant drawbacks to our stay.

Otelin fiziki şartları oldukça yeterli. Oda boyutu, temizliği, havuzlar gibi. Ancak yemek çeşidi ve yemeklerin tadı çok kötü. Gece için animasyonlar özensiz ve tarih öncesi, inanılmaz kötü. Gündüz müzik dahi yok otelin hiç bir yerinde. Animasyonlar ve etkinlikler neyse ama 5 gün boyunca keyifsiz bir yemek deneyimi tüm tatili kalitesiz hale getiriyor.

Excellent resort. I would recommend to family and friends

They front desk personnel didn’t want to give us the room because we didn’t put the 1 year old on the reservation and they said they can not modify the reservation until we had a long argument with them

Very big hotel by the far end of Sunny Beach. Everything was good, the location, food and facilities. The swimming pools are superb, very big and very clean. No problem with towels reserving recliners, but it was towards the end of the season.

We very much enjoyed our stay as both the grounds as the room were very nice. The staff was really great, we had the feeling the hotel was well managed and the staff worked here with pleasure and generally had a smile on their face. Also the reception was very pleasant and effective. All by all it was a very nice holiday!

Hotel was amazing cannot fault at all. Room very spacious and clean. Food was lovely but mostly the same each night. Tried the Mediterranean which was fabulous food was lovely. Pools were amazing, pool bar was perfect most of the staff where quite friendly but lots of young adults behind bars that can’t really understand you. The only fault was the lifts were a nightmare especially having a young son in a wheelchair and then people staying at the hotel were very rude and had no manners…luckily more English families were arriving and they seemed a lot friendlier my

By Bulgarian standards the resort was very large and the land around it allowed you to take a walk. The only similar property in this country would be the Melia Hermitage in Varna.

Voyage en fin de saison donc c’était un peu « mort » L’hôtel était très propre rien à redire la dessus, la nourriture convenable. En ce qui concerne les cocktails pour le all inclusive… une horreur, tout avait le même goût que ce soit la vodka, la tequila,… Pour le reste, nous avons profité du spa et des soins très très agréables! Nourriture variés tous les jours sauf que niveau des desserts, assez répétitifs. Aussi pour les snack et cafés entre 15-18h impossible d’avoir du salé, uniquement du sucre… dommage

Jeg var der for 4 netter det var en fin og rent hotell. maten var veldig bra og de hadde gode rutiner for korona situasjon. Ellers personale var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom.

We found the hotel too cold- the drinks,water in the pools,temperature in the main restaurant and the common areas.It is nice to feel cool when is summer but we felt freezing.

Everything was great!

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Everything is clean and the resort offers plenty of amazing activities. There are multiple events throughout the day with awesome animators. The food is great and you have plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely try to come again next year to experience it again.

The hotel is nice, but it is full of guests from Romania who keep sunbeds from 7 am. The manager of the hotel lacks experience and treats the problems with contempt! This was not a vacation, a pity for the hotel
