We were made very welcome at this hotel and felt at home immediately. we were given very helpful information and throughout our stay of 6 days the staff were most helpful in both suggesting and ffacilitating our sightseeing and dining. Any requests at the hotel were dealt with very promptly and pleasantly. the room was comfortable and well equpped. we were particularly pleased with the quality of the breakfast and afternoon tea which suited our sightseeing schedule very well.

The hotel was everything we expected and more. Recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint. The staff were incredible, so polite, kind and very accommodating. The breakfast will last you all day! Definitely recommend for all the obvious things and the fact it is so near to all the attractions in Seville.

The location of this hotel is amazing, just outside the walls of the Alcázar. The service was excellent; the staff went out of their way to provide great recommendations and made sure we enjoyed every part of our stay. The hot, made-to-order breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each morning.

Location was great, closure to everything. All of Staff was excellent, especially Raquel ( may not have spelled correctly) was a great every morning during breakfast. She was my wife’ favourite person every morning.. made her day start excellent.

The property is very convenient and close to the center of Barcelona.

The staff was AMAZING. We’ve traveled the world and this is the first time we’ve experienced an entire staff that was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Sevilla is a wonderful city and this is the hotel that matches its beauty, elegance, and friendliness. Can’t wait to go back!!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Outstanding !!!

Bonne localisation

The hotel is in a very good location, walk to dining, the Cathedral, the castle and more. The hotel staff is very good and make you feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again. Also, good served breakfast was included with the room.

A localização do hotel é muito excelente, você pode fazer a maior parte da programação de Sevilha a pé, partindo dele. O quarto é amplo e o banheiro, ótimo. O hotel oferece como cortesia um café da tarde, das 16h30 às 18h30, delicioso. A recepcionista Sara foi muito gentil, nos oferecendo um mapa da cidade e dicas de como melhor aproveitar nossa estadia, inclusive com recomendação de restaurantes. Super recomendo a estadia.
