Amazing hotel, great service and beautiful pool area. It is valet parking only, was not aware of that but they were nice enough to come up to my room and hand me my phone when I left it in the car. Very nice amenities and atmosphere. More of a couple, business destination than family friendly but there is a restaurant downstairs and right outside the hotel. Loved our stay!

This was a second stay at the Hotel Zaza Memorial City. We were upgraded to room 942 and it was very roomy and comfortable. The valet service was also excellent.

We arrive on Saturday 6-7 to check in our room everyone was professional starting with the Valet guys, My husband and I was celebrating our birthday we received complementary champagne the front agent had great customer service.

Excellent hotel and staff. Outstanding attention to detail.
