The staff is very helpful explaining the attractions, dinning options, how to walk around the city and avoid the construction. Good location right next to metro. Functional kitchen with premium quality appliances, washer/dryer. A little drawback was the squeaky hardwood floors.

Excellent location—close to everything, including supermarkets, metro, restaurants, and all the top tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

위치 좋고 숙소 바로옆에 pingo 슈퍼마켙 있어요. 볼량시장 바로 옆이기도 하고요. 세탁기. 전자레인지. 오븐. 인덕션. 냄비와 식기. 싱크대 있어서 직접 해먹을 수 있네요. 10점 만점이라연 9.5점 주고싶네요. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

　スタッフの方々には、丁寧に対応していただきました。メールやショートメッセージによるやり取りも迅速かつ丁寧でした。 　ホテルの場所は、ボリャン市場の西側で、メトロのボリャン駅が至近にあるほか、トリンダーデ駅、アリアドス駅も近く、使い分けができます。サンベント駅も徒歩で行くことが可能です。 　レストランなど食事をするところや朝食のパンなどを買うことができるスーパーマーケットも多くあり、便利です。 　部屋には、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、エスプレッソマシンなどのキッチン設備（お皿、グラスなどを含む）や洗濯機が備わっています。 　古い建物を改装している関係で天井は高く、広さも十分ですが、充電用のUSB端子などは備わっていませんので、変圧器と電源タップは持参する必要があります。 　バスタブはなく、シャワーのみですが水圧は問題ありませんでした。トイレにはハンドタイプのシャワー（タイやシンガポールなどで見かけるタイプのもの）が備わっており、洗浄機能付きトイレに慣れた日本人にはありがたい設備ではないかと思います。総じて快適な滞在ができました。ツインベッドの選択肢があればなおよかったと思います。 　

in the middle of a major shopping area. Close to Metro station. The property is spacious but a bit dated. It is very hot when we were there.

Some pillow options would help the comfort but it was otherwise a great bed/bedding. The historical charm of the building was the best part and as such, it came with some plumbing issues like smells that would come and go. The large and many windows helped. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools.

Ideal location for Porto. Easy walk to rapid transit, shopping and restaurant options. Staff is very friendly and most helpful.

Wonderful hotel with the best location walking distance from everything!!!! Staff very friendly, they are available 24/7. I got a nice Apartment with all the necessary stuff to feel like home. I will definitely stay again in this hotel!

Location right beside a grocery store and across the street from the Bolhão market paired perfectly with the full kitchen in the apartment. Ac was great despite the size of the rooms. Very walkable city from hotel, front desk service was great.

Very well located and near an excellent food market. Walking distance to main landmarks. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would certainly return.

The place has great design, is well equipped, close to everything. Unfortunately it's on a busy street which means a lot of street noise starting at 5 am in the morning. Not for light sleepers. I appreciate that some people from our group got their room earlier. However, I was disappointed that, although I made the reservations and paid for everything, I had to wait over two hours longer to get my room. It really should have been the other way around.

Large open windows, functioning kitchen, lots of character to keep integrity of the building. Service by staff was immediate when needed and very attentive. Clean and up to date modern appliances. Would like a larger table, or not bar style, to have more space to prep food. Fyi...Porto has an issue with seaguls. They're everywhere and the city operates drones to locate nesting areas. Bring earplugs as they are very loud through the day and very early mornings. Not the hotel's problem but something to know when seeing a colony outside your windows ALL day as they are territorial. And LOUD.
