We have stayed at this property on 2 separate occasions. The host of the property is very accommodating. The cabin was clean. Beautiful area.

All of the hallways were filthy. The room wasn't even cleaned from one day to the next, and I didn't return until 6pm. Gross.

Most relaxing!! So clean and a/c was awesome. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was amazing each day, housekeeping was a disappointment, when they cleaned the room every other day they did not replace the used towels.

Property was great, but the room stayed just barely cool and muggy, had to get a fan.

A floor fan blew the entire stay in the hall outside the elevator doors. When I called the hotel to speak to my sister, the operator disconnected the call. I called back and she advised me that my sister would be calling me.

Just as expected.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Most Staff was friendly and helpful. The tv is not up to date and does not have streaming capability. The carpet in the room was worn and seemed dirty. Housekeeping did not empty our trash or refresh the towels at all during our stay from Friday to Monday. A piece fell off of the shower head and bathtub is worn and dirty looking. The caulking in the bathroom is unsightly.

The room need more space for four people to stay in a double bed and more variety at breakfast

Checkin was easy. The girl at the desk was very helpful with things to do in the area. Great location if you’re going to the rodeo. They offer a free breakfast with hot food options. We stayed on Easter and the wonderful girl at the front desk gave us Easter candy. Such a nice touch.

Safe area, very clean, staff congenial. Pool was extremely cold.
