Fantastic hot breakfast served everyday. Variety options available for dinner. Staff are caring and courteous. Rooms are great, had a comfortable stay. Would stay here again during our next visit

Location perfect for my purpose.Room is also good. Early risers (7:30am) face problem in getting breakfast. Also 24×7 room service not available.

We were treated very poor service...Food was also not upto the mark..

Excellent hotel with brilliant staff made us feel welcome and accommodated us in every way. They were particularly brilliant after a very late arrival where the chef came in specially to serve us. We would stay there if we were to visit Kolkata again. Fantastic hotel.

Silent area but a lot of construction going on currently.
