Wonderful hotel that included a great breakfast. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The roof top patio was a great place to chill out. While we were there, we had need to seek out medical help and one of the staff helped us get to the doctor and with translation etc. We were very thankful. Highly recommend this boutique hotel. We hope to return!

Fabulous staff, comfortable bed, clean spacious room. Great breakfast. WiFi was non existent in the room. But still a really lovely place to stay.

I rarely leave reviews, but my stay at Hotel Suites was so exceptional that I had to. From the beautiful location and the architecture, to the thoughtful details in the décor, the high-quality breakfast, and the genuinely warm, attentive service — everything felt carefully considered. Hotel Suites is now, without a doubt, my go-to base whenever I travel to Gran Canaria.

super dejligt værelse med mange muligheder, dejlig tag terrasse og ligger i et dejligt område. Hotellet er dog svært at finde da det ligner et typisk spansk hus Skønt hyggeligt hotel hvor der er kælet for detaljen, der er næsten ikke en eneste lige linje i hotellet

Belle chambre avec une terrasse avec vue sur la Cathédrale. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner correct avec un grand choix côté salé. Parking avec un nombre de place limité, si complet le parking souterrain le plus proche est celui de la clinique san roque à 31€ la nuit

Tolles Boutique-Hotel an zentraler Lage - sehr gutes Frühstück - wir hatten die Suite mit grosser eigener Terrasse - sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer

Tres bon emplacement de l'hotel a deux pas de la cathédrale, le roof top est tres sympa avec vue sur la cathedrale et le honest bar, a signaler le pdj qui est exceptionnel . Autre point positif le parking privé a quelques metres de l'hotel a reserver a l'avance. Par contre le gros point négatif est le bruit de la rue, les fenetres sont en bois et tres mal insonorisées, on entend les voitures et tous les bruits de rue même les conversations des gens, tres difficile de dormir correctement dans ces conditions il faut vraiment eviter les chambres donnant sur la rue comme la num 5 que nous occupions ils doivent regler ce point d'isolation phonique car cela ne donne pas envie de revenir

Excellent hotel for the old city with plenty of interesting places to explore and restaurants to choose from close by. The decor is very different and a wonderfully alternative place to stay.

Fabulous hotel in a wonderful area of Las Palmas The breakfast is superb and the staff are so helpful and friendly Location is an oasis of calm away from the more hectic and crowed parts of the city. The Vegueta area is very walkable and fascinating area of Las Palmas. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We would not hesitate to return. Beds are extremely comfortable! This place is a gem decorated creatively with art and sculptures and beautiful tranquil rooftop sitting area I wish I could give it more than 10/10

We stayed in Room 9. It looks like an Airbnb. It’s one of the best rooms in this hotel. The room looks beautiful, spacious with great views to the top of the cathedral. The staff are very nice and hard working people. There are great arts in the hallway. The two biggest problems we encountered here: 1. it’s smoking room. If you are a non smoker, I must warn you before you spend a few days at this room. I did mention to the staff about it. 2. The horrible sewer smell. I hope the owner or management look into these two issues ASAP. I counted on reviewers to pick the best hotel to stay. This is a disappointment for us. Also, the room has a large terrace at the rooftop that other hotel guests are able to see you bed. You might not get any privacy.

Personnel charmant. Déjeuner excellent. Belle suite. Peut etre un peu bruyant parfois.
