Excellent staff-friendly, courteous, and helpful. Overall experience from airport-pickup, check-in, concierge, dining, etc., all very satisfying. I specifically wanted to mention Mr Abhishek for his kindness and thoughtfulness. I recommend this property and shall stay here if I visit Kolkata again.

Everything was superb

Right from the check-in till our check-out everything was 11 out of 10. There was a surprise welcome for us with a cake and decoration in the room. The staff were exceedingly welcoming and helpful. Room was large with an excellent view all kinds of modern amenities. Complimentary access to lounge and cocktails were provided. The dinner was good but the breakfast was excellent with wide variety of choices. Food catering to all tastes were available. We were really spoilt for choice. Definitely recommended.

My stay at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat was excellent. The rooms were luxurious, the breakfast delicious, and the staff incredibly attentive. Highly recommend!

Everything was good.Facility is well maintained and staffs are very courteous. Only drawback would be if the bar counter by the pool has a permanent server all the time for drinks and taking food orders. Rest from the rooms to the breakfast, all was good. I was visiting with my family and the stay was amazing. Special thanks to Mr Sugam at the front desk who made our checkin absolutely fast and hassle free. Our requests were also honoured and for that we are grateful. The room provided had a stunning view of the skyline and all the staff members at these property are extremely helpful and attentive. Food is also good, would suggest if they could include some soft drinks with the buffet. And finally coming to the pool, it's probably one of the best maintained in the city right now. Very clean and big enough for everyone to enjoy. The stay was wholesome. Thanks Sugam.

Nice, clean, spacious room and bathroom - quiet guest floors - food choices at main dining hall was extraordinary - lobby smaller than other hotels but seemed efficient enough.

Very nicely built and the rooms were spacious + comfortable. Service was also very good, no complain.

Fantastic service very enjoyable

I didn't enjoy my stay. When I checked in the A/C wasn't working. I wanted to order water from delivery app, they said I have to go downstairs to pick it up (they had bottles of water packed inhouse, which I did not trust). When I wanted to buy bottled mineral water the morning I was leaving for the airport at 4:30am they said the entire hotel ran out of bottled water. When I said that's quite surprising if they can't find a single bottle. Then they said it's chargeable and found a bottle. It's a shame if they think a platinum elite member is worried about paying for a bottle of water. I don't expect that from a Marriott brand. They need to train their employees to work in a brand like Marriott.
