Had a pleasant stay here. Best option if you are traveling and driving alone. Convenient self check-in and prompt responses from the host in case you have any questions.

Great place when you just need a clean, quiet place to stay and don’t want to pay for weight rooms,, pools etc. Beautiful kitchen with a few cooking essentials. They provide coffee only. Free parking out front in residential neighborhood. This was our second time there and will stay again next time we come to Seattle for family. Thank you. Paper towels would be very nice to have in the kitchen.

As advertised the rooms are clean and it is quiet. The self-serve instructions are very clear and persons are available for questions. The sitting areas and communal kitchen are a great options, too.

Second time to stay in this place,very good!

Spend a week at this location close to Northwest hospital. The power went out on our second night. The place had no backup lights. No exit markings. You will need to bring your own portable heater because the bathrooms like the rest of the building are not heated damn cold. It is clean BUT if you share a bathroom with a guy down the hall expect pee on the floor etc. Parking is available but NOT well marked. No one to contact for information.

Overall good value. Use of the term "en suite" to describe the bathroom is incorrect, as the bathroom is not directly accessible from the bedroom but is accessible from the hallway😶

Clean and very quite

Nice, smallish accomodations at a good price. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, seemingly far enough away from the notorious Aurora Ave issues. I like the check-in-by-text process - good instructions for entry, key access, and parking. Overall, a good experience.

Contactless went well, other tenants were nice, and it was exactly what I needed - a place to sleep for the night. I liked the parking spot, too. Bring your own pillows. :)

The only logical concern for this setup would be inconsiderate other guests that you have being loud or obnoxious at night, we are very lucky we did not have that. The king room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Owner was quickly responsive over text with any questions. Was nervous at first being our first time in Seattle but everything was great. So easy and great for the price.

I stayed here for three nights, came to Seattle for a conference. The room was clean, comfortable with a private bathroom outside of my room. The kitchen and common areas were clean. The owner sent me check-in information on time and I did not face any problem whatsoever.

What I liked was the attention to details. As I arrived later than intended the communication made it easy to find my room, especially as the lights automatically turned on once I opened the door. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
