良かった点　立地、コンビニが近くにあった トイレ、シャワーブース、洗面所が独立している 改善を希望する点　布団の衛生さが足りない、枕の綿が偏っていた、部屋に入る際の鍵の説明がわかりにくかった

隣の音がうるさかった

ホコリが乗ってるテッシュ箱　 外へのガラス戸の鍵が閉まってなく、 ベット横にある掃除機入れてある納戸の戸も開いたままで中が丸見えの状態でした

家族で利用しましたが、キレイなお部屋で皆満足しました。日本橋にも心斎橋にも利便性が良くて立地も良いと思いました。また利用したいと思います。

清潔で設備も充実しており満足です。

12時20分ごろ荷物を預かってもらうためにホテルに着いたとき、入り方がわからなかったため、電話をしたらすぐに対応してくれたので、よかった。 チェックインしたら、部屋がとてもきれいで、洗濯洗剤は置いてあるし、食器も揃えてあって、とても助かった。 ベッドは寝心地がとてもよく、気持ちよく眠れた。家族6人本当に、とてもぐっすり眠れて船旅の疲れも吹っ飛んだ。とってもよいホテルでした。

Great location, clean rooms, nice size room for family of 5. I would recommend.

優點只有地點好，其他都是缺點，例如提供的餐具竟然是美耐皿的，且沒有提供筷子，隔音效果差，連隔壁住戶的走路腳步聲都聽得到。

Great place for a big group. The host was easy to communicate with and gave great directions on how to get to the accommodations.

沙發有殘留頭髮沒清掃乾淨，其他部分都還不錯，床只有五個，第六個人要睡沙發床

房間乾淨又溫馨，我們4個人住還覺得很大喔！地點方便又熱鬧！

此間住宿還不錯， 距離黑門市場、南海難波站、難波站非常近， 裡面也很乾淨，且附有洗衣機， 唯一有點缺點就是樓上如果粗魯點，就會知道他們幾點離開， 這次住宿的人數為六個人，但其中一個就需要睡沙發床， 建議飯店在每次交房的時候，將沙發縫隙的灰塵撢掉， 以及第六個人的寢具建議不要放在裡面的地板

Excellent location, close to the shopping places and transportation. Cozy and very large room, highly recommended for group stay, we are a group of 4 and stay for 2 nights, the room large enough for us to open 4 large luggages at the same time. Fridge and washing machine are provided with the room, it would become prefect if there is a little toaster~

쿠로몬 시장과 1분거리로 가깝고 돈키호테 매장도 가까움 시내로 나가기 용이하며 숙박지 내 청결도가 깨끗하고 익스피디아에서 보여주는 사진과 동일함 다음에 오사카여행을 간다면 다시한번 묵고 싶은 곳

Spent three nights at Group Stay Classe 01 with my parents. Despite the fact that there’s no reception, Group Stay management was very responsive to emails. They checked via email to make sure that I got into the room/flat ok. Instructions to access the room/flat were communicated via email at the time of booking. They were concise and easy to follow. Liked the fact that it’s close to Namba station (5 mins walk or maybe even less than that), so its a train ride away from Kansai international airport. In addition, it’s laterally across the street from kuromon ichiba market. The room / flat is spacious enough to open two middle size suitcases and you still have room to walk around. This is hard to find at any other hotel unless you book a suite. The only thing I would caution is that at night the restaurant next door would use an extension cord that crosses the entrance of Group Stay to light up their front door light. The extension cord was easy to slip on. Just something to be cautious of when returning to Group Stay at night.

Very spacial hotel room comparing to other Japanese hotels. Convenient location, and it is easy to be found by using Google maps. If you are not Japanese speaker, call in advance and ask the hotel manager for their emails, they are very informative and reply your emails quickly.
