Très beau studio propre, bien équipé, moderne et bien localisé près du quartier historique. Un peu chaud sur la mezzanine.

Super expérience chez Innapartments - São Gonçalinho ! Le logement est magnifique, très propre et spacieux. Nous y avons passé deux nuits parfaites. Si nous revenons à Aveiro, nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter !

Tudo muito bom e agradável

L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait. Exactement où l’on veut être tout se fait à pieds. Lits confortables. Attention si vous avez une voiture il y a que la rue pour stationner, sinon il y a un grand parking public plus loin.. Nous avons été extrêmement chanceux pour en avoir un en face de l’appartement. Par contre la cuisine, les accessoires pour cuisiner sont de base mais très de base. De plus il n’y a pas grand rangement dans la chambre ni dans la cuisine. Les photos de la réservation étaient plutôt pour un appartement à l’étage supérieur donc ne représentait pas ce que nous avons eu. Toutefois nous avons eu un très bon séjour.

Aparcamos bien, aunque la zona está muy enfocada para aparcamientos de residentes. Caminando estas en el centro de Aveiro en minutos. Gran entorno

Alojamiento moderno, en el centro de Aveiro, con todo tipo de opciones gastronómicas justo en la puerta y alrededores, fácil aparcamiento en las zonas cercanas, con una zona amplia a unos 200m. Justo detrás está uno de los canales. Todo muy bien

The condo itself is in a great location, was clean and had good value for the price. If you won’t be needing the sofa bed to sleep on you will have a great stay. The sofa bed was the worst experience and needs to be replaced. Also, there was a very loud event nearby all weekend and it was really hard to sleep at night. So, if I was just staying in the bedroom I would give it 5 stars.

Poor communication and customer service

Property was a great location. Ask for a room facing the canal. Everything walkable in Aviero… Communication was excellent. When asked about laundry facility, I received an immediate response…Tok’A Lavar Launderia was amazing. When we arrive, the machines were full. The owner suggested for us to leave our laundry, and she would clean it… At no charge! Love the Portuguese people!

Nice stay in Aveiro and excellent communication before and during. Apartment is in waking distance to everything. A few minor details in the apartment but was fixed immediately. The apartment is spacious has everything you need.

Modern, clean, comfortable and very spacious. Also very convenient to attractions and dining. Self check-in was easy and fast.

Très jolie appartement avec toutes les commodités. Centre de Aveiro à 2 mn à pied. Vue sur le canal, très agréable. Calme, sauf peut être le week end avec le bar en bas. (la chambre donne de l'autre côté, donc, toujours au calme) Seul bémol, le confort du canapé lit, impossible pour deux adultes d'y dormir. L'appartement est bien pour deux adultes et un enfant à la rigueur, mais, certainement pas 4 adultes... Nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour obtenir le code de la porte, ils devraient donner les informations avant, pas le jour même.

Apesar de ter consciência que a responsabilidade não é da Vossa Empresa, foi bastante difícil arranjar estacionamento na zona. A imagem publicitada dos apartamentos em Aveiro remete-nos para uma zona logo em frente à Ria. No entanto, ficámos numa zona menos central e com maus acessos. Em relação à limpeza, poderia ser melhor, tanto a nível do chão (tinha alguma areia), da louça e dos eletrodomésticos. De um modo geral, o apartamento era agradável, quer a nível de condições, quer a nível de conforto.

Très bel appartement, bien décoré, fonctionnel et bien situé du centre et des animations. Seul remarque, le bruit chaque nuit sous les fenêtres à la sortie de boîte de nuit à proximité, (pour le couchage dans le séjour, la chambre quant à elle n’est pas concernée )
