Very nice, quiet location. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean and freshly updated. Nice deck to view the Northern lights. Laundry was a bonus.

We stayed in the studio apartment for one night and it was bigger than expected. Full kitchen, laundry facilities and nice sitting area.

The place was spotless and comfortable, and the laundry facility was a nice touch. We would come again.

Lovely place. It is down a long gravel road just off Highway 1. It was such a nice, quaint place to stay. As other reviews have said, it is dated but that made it all the cozier!

This was a perfect break on the Ring Road. We spent two nights. The extra space of an apartment and the laundry feature was ideal. It was about 25 mins from Lake Myvatn and close to the falls.

Perfectly situated, well designed, quiet and friendly. Our own entrance meant that we could leave and return without disturbing others. Perfect place for 2 friends. Highly recommended

Very nice apartment, a bit pricy I felt. Such genuine hosts, they went an extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The laundry machine is a mystery, especially if you are used to the big/fast ones in the US. The host went out of the way to help us by offering other options. Just that one act left such an incredible impression. Will return for sure.

Nice and quiet. Beautiful scenery. Beds are a little firm. Might want to make a note for guests of toll off of 1 and how to avoid it. Very clean with all the essentials! Laundry, kitchen with various appliances, shampoo, etc…

We spent two nights here and it was the most comfortable stay we had in Iceland - plenty of space, wonderful light, great amenities (like the washer/dryer) and very well located. From here, we explored the Lake Mývatn area and went to Húsavík for a late night whale and puffin watching tour. It felt like a home away from home!
