Super Lage (allerdings muss man schon mit bissl Lärm zurechtkommen - Strassenbahn fährt direkt am Fenster vorbei, Frühstückslokal vor dem Fenster, das Haus selbst ist hellhörig und die Eingangstür ist unmöglich leise zu schließen). Viele Restaurants und Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war hervorragend. Würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.

The apartment was bright with lots of daylight, and clean. Antonio met us at the door and gave us lots of tips about restaurants and things to see. The bed was comfy! The location is excellent! Walking distance to many sights! Tram 28 is right outside the door. So much fun!

Local muito limpo, bonito, novo e muito bem localizado em Alfama, perto de tudo! O eletrico 28 passa em frente. Antonio (proprietário) me recebeu pessoalmente, informou sobre todas as comodidades da propriedade e recebe os hóspedes com um mimo especial, um vinho fresco na geladeira.

The property itself was great. Personal opinion... larger hot water tank. Host were available to sort out a tv issue...you're welcome. The garbage cans just outside of the door are a nuissance, and makes the area uninviting. Tram is very loud and room shaking, but awesome for travel as the stop is literally outside the door. Overall an excellent hub to plan travel around and visit the city.

Antonio met us promptly. Welcome wine arrival gift was appreciated. Great local coffee bar and restaurant recommendations. We will certainly return.

The room was very clean and spacious and artfully apointed and the view was amazing. Being in the Alfama district of Alfama was magical. It was also conveniently located to lots of small restaurants and shops, including a small grocer within a block and a lovely cafe just steps away.

We enjoyed staying at Francisco' place. The apartment was bright and comfortable. The property manager Antonio was very helpful not only on our check in but also on the day of checkout. We accidently left one backpack in the apartment and Antonio came to the rescue to open the door for us retrieving it. It happened on Sunday in the early morning. We really appreciated his help. Both Francisco and Antonio cared about their customers. We will stay with them again when we visit Lisbon.

Accueil de Antonio très agréable et disponible, il nous a permis de déposer nos valises dans l’appartement avant l’heure permise donc le remercions. L’appartement au quatrième étage sans ascenseur avec plusieurs valises peut être un point négatif. N/b un store dans la salle de bain serait un plus pour l’intimité.

The apartment was a good size and clean. The location was perfect. If you’re lucky enough to deal with Antonio, he was super helpful leading up to our stay and checking in.

Absolutely wonderful spot. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. And the tram stop is right out front. Clean. Tidy. And the handover was super simple and our host had great recommendations.

The communication from the host and co-host was excellent! The apartment was very comfortable, also quite nice and the location was perfect placing us immediately into the action. The check-in instructions were very helpful and accurate In addition we were given tips about the local restaurants, night life and entertainment from the co-host Luisa who was very kind and friendly! We communicated about the area with questions throughout our 4 days stay. I would stay there again!

Great spot at Alfama for a Lisbon trip

It’s was good. Antonio was very friendly and had a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Great location, apartment was clean and well equipped. Only negative was it was kind of hot at night since there was no AC inside the bedroom. Overall, a truly lovely experience and i would stay here again!

It was great to have the space of an apartment rather than hotel room. The location on the old town was lovely and perfect for tram 28 which stopped literally outside the door. Like most of Lisbon, it's an extremely hilly area, so best to get an uber from the airport. There is a newly opened restaurant across the road, Sao Vincente, perfect for breakfast and to get the best view of the 28 tram while enjoying a coffee. We'd definitely stay here again.

Appartamento in perfette condizioni, pulito e curato, si trova nel centro di Alfama uno dei quartieri più belli e vissuti di Lisbona. Davanti all' edificio ferma il tram 28, consiglio gli appartamenti più alti perché il tram passando fa parecchio rumore. Nell' edificio non è presente l'ascensore. Grazie a João che gestisce con pazienza gli appartamenti e provvede alle esigenze dei clienti.
