Das Pirayu Hotel hat mich vor allem durch seine Lage überzeugt, in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist man sowohl an der Sehenswürdigkeit Tres Fronteras als auch im Ort. Die Zimmer selbst sind schön groß, allerdings relativ einfach angerichtet.Der Service war gut. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider war der Service ein wenig überfordert. Das Restaurant ist klasse.

Quanto bom, cama confortável, porém faltaram toalhas de banho.

O quarto estava com a fechadura do banheiro quebrada o que não permitia fechar porta, não foi feita limpeza do quarto e nem troca de toalhas mesmo tendo colocado a plaquinha p efetuarem a limpeza.

Das Zimmer war ganz okay. Jedoch verweigerte eine Dame an der Rezeption eine dringend benötigte Hilfe: sie lehnte ein kurzes Telefonat auf Spanisch für eine wichtige Nachfrage im Ort ab. Sie hatte sonst nichts zu tun. Ein Manager war nicht zu sprechen. Ein solches Verhalten ist unterirdisch.

El hotel es agradable, a la orilla del río Iguazú, con vistas al lado brasileño. La habitación era amplia y limpia, así como el baño. El desayuno bueno pero un poco limitado. Para encontrar un buen lugar para comer hay que caminar unos 20 minutos, aunque hay buses y taxis que pasan al frente. El hotel está muy cerca del punto de las Tres Fronteras. Nos permitieron ocupar la habitación un poco antes del horario de check-in..

Big room. Bad wifi

The location is perfect, very well situated with everything nearby. However, the staff's service is disappointing. On several occasions, they refused to assist or were noticeably unhelpful, which made the experience uncomfortable. It's a shame, because the place has great potential if they improved their customer service. The buffet was always the same for breakfast.

We wanted a base in Puerto Iguazu and this ticked all the boxes. Easy to get taxis from the front of the hotel. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were very spacious.

The property is much more dated than the pictures represent. I found this to be the case in most hotels in Argentina. Not as well maintained as I thought when booking the room. Overall it was fine and the room was clean but I did feel the pictures are a misrepresentation.

Fiquei satisfeito com a lugar, devido ao propósito da nossa viagem. Porém pelo status de resort, não tinha amenidades suficientes. Não tinha bolas de tênis por exemplo; pode-se considerar que tem apenas uma quadra de tênis, a outra é pequena. Café da manhã ok. Área verde legal. Quarto bem confortável, mas podia estar mais limpo. Roupa de cama podia ser melhor, estava manchada. Toalhas podiam ser melhores, cheiro esquisito. Ponto positivo é a piscina. Localização é outro ponto positivo pra quem está de carro. Atendimento cortês e simpático, porém apenas espanhol. Fomos em alta temporada, achei o preço alto pelo que entregou. Mas propriedade tem potencial. Propriedade em renovação da estrutura.

Staff very helpful, breakfast good. We dined in and were very pleased. Plenty of space in hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable! Overall a very good experience.
