Great place to stay

Good clean place.Nice restaurants with good food.Nice buffet breakfast but could be improved by adding more continental food items like scrambled eggs,boiled eggs,bacon.But overall not bad.Staff communication in english is below par.

Great stay, only criticism is the service level in the restaurant. Two menus for 12 people is not great, lack of understanding of english and drinks brought out to table after food is served.

Good location, hotel is ok. Wifi is really bad. If you need a base then its brilliant. Food in the restaurant is phenomenal the breakfast is ok.

Nice spacious clean room

Right from start the staff were cold and unwelcoming The way the hotel is built is rounding of rooms and open up to 1st floor where the restaurant is located so any noise created come through to all the rooms. When we had stayed on our first visit and requested that none of our party should be located there and found half of our party had been put into 2nd floors We had so many problems with rooms my office chair was broken very old and was not stable We had electric cut out for 24 hours and took that long to sort out the issues We found that staff members would talk above when people were on the phone Taken very long time for breakfast omelette when arrived was very cold. We made the complaint to people and nothing happened or hotel offered us anything As we had 7 rooms booked and as we had paid so we could not move to another hotel but found that other people found the same issues and moved to another hotel

Very good, pleased with service

We've stayed at this property numerous times from 2021 - very recently in April-May 2024. The hotel started off really well with all aspects: Hygiene, food options, property maintenance, room facilities. We were very impressed in 2021 and were certain that this would be our go to Hotel in Rajkot for all future visits. Unfortunately our most recent experience wasn't pleasant. The room was dirty, when we checked in our first room: the window was blocked out with some cardboard, the bed was not clean there was hair everywhere. I asked to change the room and the request was accomodated but the rooms in general need to be maintained. The bedding also needs to be kept up to standards. The bathroom taps were flakey (they would work but would be difficult to shut and would need a lot of force otherwise they would just leak the whole day), there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom too. Overall the location of this hotel is perfect but if the property is not maintained then it'll not be somewhere we return. Pretty sad but this is the truth. Requires immediate attention.

The location is great, easy access to most uarts if Rajkot.

Staff were accommodating and friendly. Promptly acted on requests.

The executive room was spacious. Food choices could have been better and staff more courteous. On the whole it was an okay stay.

Restaurant, breakfast and overall good hotel but was extremely unhappy about wi-fi and room house cleaning service. Business person wants fast wi-fi virus free.

The are very good, helpful and polite. It is a new place and their effort to please the customers stands out.

Inte alls lika fint som på bilderna. Nytt men inte i bästa skick. Ligger dock när butikerna och restaurangerna. Tror det var fel på ventilationen då det kom in mycket rökdoft till vårt rum.
