Very good hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast. Pleasant rooms.

Ein super Hotel! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer bereit Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war groß, modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Massage Angebot klang sehr ansprechend, konnten wir aber leider aus Zeitgründen nicht nutzen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Tuktuk ins Stadtzentrum ca. 1$.

This hotel has the best spa in Cambodia. The steam room smells good and the cold/hot tubs are awesome. If you appreciate health and wellness but also want a luxary stay then this is the place. The staff are also top notch and ready to help with whatever from getting you a driver or making sure you get egg Benedict every morning as a special request. Thank you so much for the experience.

Absolutely my favorite place to stay I. Siem Reap. Friendly, welcoming staff. Comfortable, spacey rooms. Great breakfast buffet. I do not stay anywhere else when I come to Siem Rrap

We love the resort, big pool, big room with balcony, the foods the best, Recommend who travel with kids, this resort is friendly the most for family.

Amazing staff, food and spa. Super cool pool and facilities. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend people to stay here and I certainly would return to this hotel. It really is special and better than other hotels. The rooms were very luxurious and quality for money.

My stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted with a bouquet of flowers because it was international women's day. Due to my Expedia status, I was upgraded to a better room. The staff really went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The spa treatments were fantastic and the dining options were tasty. Both were very reasonably priced. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely stay again should I return to Siem Reap

Mosquitoes are very disturb in the room but the staff are very helpful.

Great location, close to the old market, river and shopping but yet pretty quiet. Exceptional service, lots of amenities including a great spa. Authentic Cambodian breakfast buffet with just enough of all the right things. We appreciated the hotel serving Nom Banh Chok, one of the national noodles dishes. All around a wonderful stay.

Very well run place

Vi hade ett stort härligt rum med utsikt mot poolen. Det var rent och fräscht. All personal var väldigt serviceinriktade och trevliga. Detta gällde från de som var i receptionen, poolen, de som skötte trädgården samt på restaurangen. Vår mörkläggningsgardin fungerade inte vid ankomst men det åtgärdade dom väldigt snabbt.

Wonderful hotel! The room was great! The pool was very nice and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Will stay again!! This hotel is excellent!!

Very good facilities rooms swimming pool

The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to arrange early breakfast delivered for room service upon request, so that we can leave for airport early. Very good quality spa too. The facilities including swimming pool felt a bit dated and considerable amount of frogs on the grounds. Some small insects also came through gaps of windows but that sometimes cannot be helped in a tropical country. Overall, a very good stay and highly recommended!
