Property was ok. The rooms were too hot and they didn’t allow us to lower the temperature. We had to sleep with the window open and lots of loud ppl outside our room very late. Won’t be staying there again.

Apesar de estarmos ciente que a piscina estava fechada nao havia nenhuma indicação de outras areas de lazer Obra no restaurante obra na piscina. Bar da area externa fechado e nenhum ineteresse dos funcionários em indicar o que fazer. Atendimento do SPA indiferente. Piso escorregadio e sem corrimao para acesso.

Breakfast was among the best things , very complete and delicious. Is located in the outside of Matera but is better for parking there. You must have a car because if not is not walking distance. Service was ok we had a problem with the air condition which didn’t work and the baby was sweating is a pitty because is a great hotel, they didn’t offer even a change of room or a fan

Bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses mais salle de bain un peu petite. En outre la douche n'était pas parfaitement en état de marche. Bon restaurant et personnel très aimable.

Clean room, nice hotel. Staff was very nice even when very busy. All in all a good stay. Secure parking. Nothing to look at or walk to around here though.

Il soggiorno è stato terribile per colpa di Expedia... infatti 20 minuti dopo la prenotazione mi sono accorto di aver sbagliato data e ho chiesto d'accordo con l'hotel che era disponibile di cambiare data ma mi è stato negato!!! Ho dovuto pagare un secondo soggiorno e quello prenotato non l'ho sfruttato

Hotel meraviglioso, interni curati e piacevoli. Stanza bella e pulita. Ristorante con piatti studiati e materie di qualità. I camerieri cordiali si sono rivelati un plus, Filippo e Lorenzo sono persone davvero speciali e di cuore. Un saluto ad entrambi , allo chef e allo staff che è sempre risultato cordiale e di compagnia. Buona permanenza a chi vorrà pernottare qui!

Bene, ma personale femminile alla reception poco cortese telefonicamente.
