Rating & Review Keseluruhan El Encanto All Inclusive Resort at Hacienda Encantada

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a happy face and great service. We were immediately offered a drink. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and memorable. There are some noteworthy servers who I need to recognize because they went above and beyond each time we interacted with them: Rocio, Edgar, Margarita, Erik, Antonio, Ingrid, Angel, Luis, and Caesar at Jacks. Great job to the mentioned names and thank you for making our stay a positive one. Juan de Dios and Herman are class acts and I really hope they are recognized for their exceptional service and interactions they have with the customers. They both knew our names by the second day and our drinks of choice. We looked forward to seeing them each time.❤️

The property was very nice. When we got to our room there was a leak from the A\C therefore there was a big puddle of water in the master bathroom. Some of the lights in our room didn’t turn on. When I wanted to blow dry my hair the outlets didn’t work. The jacuzzi would overflow and water would get all over the balcony. The rooms were great comfortable. Once the problems were resolved. Room was cleaned every day, fridge stocked. That part was great! What I didn’t like was that they sold the package as all inclusive but we couldn’t get service in the room that was an additional cost. We didn’t have a concierge to help with bookings for dinners, he didn’t tell us where restaurants were located etc. we had to ask or figure out our selves. When it came to our transportation to the airport we had to do all that our selves. The staff is friendly and ready to help. However, when it came to the some waiters we had to wait 30min for our check. They catered to the whites not us that we are Mexican. You can see that they were treated way better! For these reasons I only give 3 stars.

This resort was truly an amazing and comfortable experience. The only thing I will say negative about is the dining service. It was quite slow, but besides that definitely recommend this resort to families, couples, friends. etc.

We love everything about this place. The food, the customer service, the views, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Resort with nice views and good foods.

Property is beautiful. Staff was great. Best food I ever had at a resort. Property is large with a ton of nice places to hangout. We walked everywhere but staff does drive around with golf carts to transport guest. My only complaint was having to wait everywhere you ate or got a drink for the bill to come, even being all inclusive. It’d take at least 10 minutes to get a can of Diet Coke from the bars due to having to print up receipts.

The property is large so you have to take a golf cart everywhere which was inconvenient but they were relatively quick getting to you. Our room wouldn't cool below 72 no matter which buttons we pressed and it was hot. There were mosquitos everywhere in the room even though we didn't keep the doors open. The service was kinda slow but the drinks were REALLY good! Food was also better than other all inclusive that I've been to. The kids club was small and free for one hour but my son was the only one in there so it was great for him and spending an hour there. Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM which is earlier than most properties and you can only use the amenities until 12PM so sucks if you have a later flight. We used valet which was an extra $12 a day, we got out of the car on arrival and no one moved from their positions to help us?! Lol first time that's happened. No Ubers allowed on property, not a problem for us since we had a car but the walk to the end of the property would be long if you're using Uber. Bonus was that you could eat at some restaurants on the Marina with your AI.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property! We would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the pools, views, food, amenities, location. It was perfect!

I liked how everything was hacienda themed.

It was a very safe and quiet place.

Beautiful property. The scenery and ocean view from the resort is amazing. Staff is attentive and friendly as well.

We did the all inclusive plan and the dining food options were surprisingly delicious. They maintain the property really well. It’s rather quiet. The views are beautiful. I would definitely go back what I didn’t like. Was the plunge pool on our balcony tends to be cooler water. And there’s not much to do after 8 o’clock, but if you’re looking for something quiet and great views, this is it.

The property was beautiful. Our room however had many problems. We stayed in a room with with a pool that needed to be fixed the first day. We also had a leak in several areas of the kitchen and balcony. The staff had to come fix that issue at night. The service was subpar with concierge. I never received the amenities I was promised upon arrival. I will say the transportation around the property was on point and always available. Overall I would not stay here again.

Second time here loved The adult pool and our service was incredible.. room said ocean view was not view was of the restaurant and staff setting up

Could not recommend this property enough. All the staff were so beyond friendly and accommodating , the resort was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, the room was comfortable, and everything was absolutely fantastic. 100% worth it to travel to this resort.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Encanto. It is a great property if you have kids because of the availability of suite style rooms. Everyone gets their own bed and some space. We stayed in the Vista Tower and that is our favorite. Our poolside server Angel was awesome and took care of our every need. Elsa at the spa was fantastic and gave one of the best massages! We typically take a cab when we want to leave the resort, but this time we took advantage of the shuttle down to the marina area and it was very convenient. We can’t wait to come back.

The door would not lock in our suite. After being told they would only clean every other day, they came every day, but multiple times a day. Cleaning, bar, towels. Etc. I felt invaded. Property is nice. No microwave, huge fridge, sink, stove!
