Bathroom ceiling half covered with mould. Staff were rude (other than the reception lady I spoke with) food was cold. Entertainment was awful. Whether it was because it was end of season I don’t know but if they are taking money from customers they should provide better service all round.

Service poor. Our room was fluded

The waterpark was unsafe, could feel every join in the slides a lot. The pool you dropped into was too shallow. The rooms were very basic with dodgy sockets. Beds were rock hard. The general feel and food and drink was ok but nothing above average

The bathroom had not been cleaned at all and had body hairs all inside the shower where I had to shower my two small children it was disgusting.. the food was not at all good not a lot of choice of cakes or desserts it was the same thing every day and even the sponge you cakes weren't even that soft and fresh even the most simplest meal pasta had no taste to it... we have stayed there years ago where it was on the different management and the food was fantastic and the cakes fresh and different everyday

Hotelli oli likainen ja huonosti pidetty. Sisällä vilisi torakoita ja siisteystaso oli huonoa. Siivoojat eivät siivonneet kunnolla huoneita. Ainoa hyvä asia hotellissa oli auttavainen respa. Mielestäni maksimissaan 2 tähden hotelli.

Family orientating, hard working and friendly staff. Attention and care well paid to residents. Food variety was fantastic. Very impressed with the level of service.

Bon hôtel 3 étoiles. Le personnel est super serviable, l’hôtel est propre. Le parc aquatique pour les enfants est un atout non négligeable. En Avril il manquait un peu d’animation. Le buffet est correct. Hôtel idéal pour les familles et bon rapport qualité prix.

Food was great, drinks were good (but wine wasn’t) staff was great, facilities were good. They could provide paper glasses instead of plastic for it to be more eco-friendly

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, τέλειο φαγητό και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικότατο. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην κυρία Πετρίνα η όποια ήταν άψογη από κάθε άποψη: από θέμα εξυπηρέτησης, κατανόησης,συνεργασίας. Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

The pool and facilities in general need a good makeover. The room was not cleaned at all nor towels changed

I thought the hotel was great. Staff in the restaurant and bar were fabulous. The rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel is great for families. Food selection was good.
