房間乾淨，早餐很棒👍只是下樓附近沒有什麼地方可以逛或是買東西吃，就是一間逛完城隍廟吃玩晚餐再進來休息的乾淨飯店，九點前有迎賓點心飲料可以使用很棒。早餐真的很好吃很多樣

This hotel really is the best we stayed so far, especially considering the price! Rooms are super spacious and clean, staff is kind and helpful, the breakfast had a great selection, and we also enjoyed a great massage at the hotel spa. The location is quiet, a bit out of the center but easy walking distance to the main sights of Hsinchu. Strongly recommend!

客戶很乾淨，早餐好吃，洗衣設備完善，值得推薦，如果有浴缸就更好了！

很新，很棒! 從大廳、地下停車場、餐廳到房間都很棒! 早餐很好，樣式多，好吃，擺盤乾淨，真的在其他飯店吃不到義大利麵、鮭魚炒飯、蔥燒雞腿、香腸等菜色，早餐服務人員很親切、服務很好、補餐、清潔都很快! 唯一覺得要改進的應該就是晚上點心時段的男性服務人員態度需要再親切一些，對每一位進來的客人都無奈沒笑容的說:只剩蛋糕可以換喔! 不能帶離開喔!只剩蛋糕可以換喔! 不能帶離開喔! 也有些客人對他強硬的態度不是很高興，換完飲料就走了! 希望服務態度可以改善或是換人服務!謝謝!

Very satisfying with our stay in this hotel.

早餐變好了！

The room was nice and clean. We were also upgraded to a deluxe room, which was a bonus. However, the breakfast/lunch and dinner selection was a bit limited.

房間的大小、清潔度與及寧靜都無可置疑；另外，職員態度良好和早餐也十分稱心。

The night-shift female staff was not friendly or courteous on January 18. She seems to be mean and cold.

CP值超高！第一次住被驚艷到！尤其是早餐，樣式多，食材好，擺盤漂亮，服務人員態度很好👍迎賓點心也不隨便，一樓空間很棒！應該有300吋的螢幕早餐播新聞，晚上播聖誕情境畫面👍大廳餐廳寬敞明亮，房間、浴室乾淨，床跟桌子設備新，裝潢用心很像住家！除了地點不是在市中心，距離火車站跟城隍廟都有點距離，需要搭計程車，不過距離動物園很近，家庭、親子旅客可以考慮。有點不想講那麼多好話，很怕我以後訂不到了😆
