The roms were very nice. The peoperty was clean. The location was very convenient. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with items for breakfast.

The property was in a convenient location with good parking. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The room had a slight smell and the shower temp was a little challenging. It would be amazing if they could install a soft close hinge on the room doors. The slamming doors, beginning at 6am, were pretty awful. Slam after slam after slam. Staff was very friendly. Felt a little over priced.

We spent 2 night at this hotels, the room was nice and comfortable, we had dinner at Cameron's next to the hotel. Overall good experience. Would Recommend for a few nights in Half Moon Bay.

We were only there one night, but it was a great room, clean and quiet, and updated. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We were only given bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels, but that was probably an oversight. The bed was ok, the mattress was a bit soft, but not terrible. The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of options, and definitely no options for people with gluten and dairy restrictions.

I had issues. The hotel called a couple of days later to address them and said they would give a 20% discount.I was impressed with the quick call but so far I'm still waiting for the discount.The breakfast sandwiches "didnt arrive" and remaining options were sugary cereal, juice that was more like koolaid, prepackaged muffins, some bread and bagels and yogurt. High carbs.We chose this hotel partly because breakfast was offered and it was not good.Room issues..super heavy bathroom door that wouldn't stay open,an issue for disabled folks. It was like the exterior doors. hvac too hot or cold, we couldnt get it comfortable. I personally didn't care for the keypad entry. Have to remember the code instead of use a card. Probably ok if we were staying a few nights (might memorize by then) but a nuisance to have to pull out my phone to get the code every time we entered. We were instructed not to write it down on the little folder with our room number for "security reasons". Positives..very clean. Pleasant decor. Quiet. Comfy bed. Easy check in and out. Area surrounding was attractive. Little pub next door was convenient for a quick dinner. Its cute and we enjoyed our food.

Easy to get to. And attractions were short driving distances.

We had no service the first day and when we asked why not we were told we needed to ask for it to get it Second day we did get service and it was good Had constant trouble with tv. Four people helped with it being fixed the second day Disappointing stay

Quirky hotel in an unusual location. Our room overlooked a trailer park. Virtual check in procedure that was not easy. Would not recommend.

We liked the pub on the property and the hotel was close a walking trail. The staff was friendly and helpful!

This hotel was really great! We are very pleased with our stay here. The property is in good condition. The rooms are very clean. Virtual check-in was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Here’s the good - it’s super cute and VERY dog friendly. We wanted something convenient with our dog and this is a great spot. The street leads to a lot of open paths and one that runs along the coast, great for dog walks. Our neighbor next to us apologized for her dogs barking so much and we never heard them. The king suit was very well thought out, cute fireplace (we didn’t use it) and a comfy pull out sofa. There is a coffee maker and microwave in the room. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. The not so great - the kiosk attendant for check in/check out. We arrived early and asked to check in, the kiosk attendant told us there weren’t any rooms available until 3pm. They were able to take our bags, an actual person was called and he put our bags in the office. As we passed by the kiosk again, I over heard the attendant say, sure you can check in early, let me get you a room. What? I asked the girlfriend of the guy checking and and they did not have a pre-arranged early check in. Not sure why I couldn’t get my room 3 minutes earlier? I find it annoying to talk to a machine and not someone in person. There was a “live” person behind the check in desk after 3pm but had to deal with the kiosk again to check out.

Noisy room, small kids running up and down hallway into the night. Overpriced with the view being into the RV camp just outside the window. Over $450 for the night and open the blinds in the morning with a lovely view of a guy scratching his stuff... what's with that?? Upon leaving other guests in the elevator were complaining about the kids, too! Not coming back here! Disappointed.
