Did not stay at the hotel - dreadful place. I do not expect to be charged! Cancelled online when in the Carpark. Truly shocking hotel!!!!

The room was on the third floor, lift was not working. We have got heart conditions and could not climb up 3 flight of stairs so we had find another hotel to stay . I would appreciate it if you can refund the amount I paid.

Absolutely Grim. VERY poor heating. Rooms STANK of cigarettes. Hair everywhere. Fridge was dirty. Toilet didn’t flush. No hot water. Carpet was filthy. Completely rundown. Towel rails has rust all over. Just nasty do NOT stay here.

The hotel was not what I thought it would be.

Staff are polite, but the hotel room needed renovation. Damaged woodwork, bed was warn and the Shower didn’t work.

Everything at the place was awesome (although the swim up pool could have been a little warmer) . Butler service was first class as was the selection of free alcoholic drinks available in the room mini bar.

Apart from the lift not working, my room smelt of Piss. But saying that, the room was spacious, BUT very dated and under whelming. The TV was good, but had to sleep in my long johns. If you have whisky and beer, then the stay is bearable.

The staff are nice but the rest was not worth the money the lift did not work The stairs where not very clean as for the f room the carpet was stained the window had a draft coming though the heating did not work The dressing table was all marked on it The cups where dirty as for the bed you could feel the springs though it the quilt did not fit the bed and the pillows where not very clean

Cold rooms tired decor, lift looks like its been out of service for ages and in all needs a good overhall

Check in staff very helpful. Room and whole building very basic. Easy to see why hotel is cheapest in town. If all you need is somewhere to sleep for a night this place is OK.

Room fire alarms kept going off, cold even woth heater on, no tv remote. but otherwise room was clean as was the bathroom, provided an iron kettle and fridge with tea and coffee.

Good location and plenty of free parking. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room basic but clean enough.
