古い旅館だけど、館内の清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごせることができました。 　一言いうのであれば泊まった部屋が2階に上がって直ぐの部屋でしたが階段の幅が狭く急だったので荷物を持って昇り降りするのが怖いです、筋力が少ない人向けの部屋ではないと思います。

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They are the reason our stay was so great. They made sure we had everything we needed gave us recommendations for what to do, and even helped us after checkout get a taxi. They have a private Japanese bath which is a great way to relax after a long walking day. I highly recommend staying here!

Extremely friendly hosts running the Ryokan, its' an absolute steal for the price. Lots of great information is provided for guests in the common area. The location is very convenient. You can even use the onsen privately as long as you're being mindful of the time. Great even for families and not jus Solo'ers

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Murataya, a fantastic little ryokan placed excellently along the Katamachi/Korinbo districts. The service was attentive and the rooms were clean, with delicious tea provided alongside an insulated pitcher to be prepared at one's convenience. The communal bathroom is functional and has an attached public but very small onsen. The host spoke good English as well as Japanese and was able to provide plenty of recommendations for locations to visit. The Japanese breakfast was home-cooked and delicious. I would highly recommend it (just consider that if checking in late, you have to reserve it the day before, but there shouldn't be a shortage of delicious breakfast in Kanazawa anyways). One note is that the rooms are poorly insulated due to the large Japanese windowframes, which also let in plenty of light early in the morning. Another note is that the stairwells for some rooms are very steep, so notify the front desk if you experience any mobility issues or similar.

昔ながらの旅館。雰囲気抜群。でもリーズナブル。スタッフもとても親切。トイレやお風呂は共用だが、客数も多くないので問題なし。新しくはないが、快適。繁華街の中心にあるため超便利。飲食店も山ほどある。 リピートしたいです。

Es un sitio pequeño pero bastante funcional si se quiere una experiencia regional al uso y tradicional. Es ideal para una noche y probar el encanto local.

El personal fue muy agradable y atento. Procurando en todo momento resolver las dudas que pudiéramos tener y sobretodo brindando una experiencia casera.

バイクのイベントに伴い宿泊したのですが、雨でずぶ濡れで到着… カッパや靴の乾燥までしていただいて、本当にありがとうございました！ 旅館は情緒溢れる『和』そのもので、大変過ごしやすかったです。 立地も良く、各方面へのアクセスも良かったです。 大変お世話になりました。

We absolutely loved our stay! We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves even though there were other guests. The staff are truly so lovely and the room was beautiful. Overall, we would love to go back and highly recommend to anyone!

This is a very charming inn, clean and tidy. I really enjoyed the friendly and warm service from the owners, whom I believe are family. They greeted me when I came in & wished me well when I would leave. They always asked if I needed anything and were so helpful. I really enjoyed it and would return again.

The Ryokan is in an excellent location. We enjoyed our stay and the experience of it all.

ママと子供のグループ旅行で泊まりました。部屋も広く年季のある建物ですが、管理が行き届いていてとても清潔です。 旅行サイトのミスで高く設定された宿泊費を見つけて知らせていただき、わざわざ電話して正してくれました！良心的で感動です。 周りは商店街で徒歩圏に有名観光地がありロケーションもぱっちりでした。大満足です。
