Great bed and breakfast, room is pretty clean and have everything you need in the room. It is a five minutes walk from the nearest underground station. The staff is very kind and helpful, very good breakfast options and there is some variety. Great place to stay if you plan to visit London!

Overall stay was wonderful. Great hospitality and excellent service for breakfast. Perfect location in central London. However, rooms are small - typical to London. Although there is no airconditioning but a fan was provided which did the job.

Charming old-school type of B&B in a great location for Vauxhall and The Oval. The staff are beyond superb, incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and will set you up for the day. The rooms are clean with great attention to amenities. This is a great find.

It was a lovely B&B in a great location. Close to the underground and bus lines. Safe neighborhood. Room was cozy. Everyone was so nice to us. Would stay there again.

What an absolute amazing stay. Great neighborhood, easily walkable to the Tube. Loved being about to walk to the Thames in minutes as well as some delicious restaurants thanks to the recommendations from our host. The character and charm began with a warm welcome by the host. A cool drink after our travels and tour. Amazing front garden and the surprise of the roof top terrace that became a welcome setting in the evening after a long day. The breakfast each morning was delicious and also a wonderful opportunity to chat with others traveling. It felt very much like a bed and breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and overlooked the quiet street. Everything was clean and thankful for a small frig to keep some drinks cool.

Super Hotel in der Nähe der Vauxhall Station. Man kommt mit der Tube überall schnell hin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Essen gibt es auch. Das Hotel war sauber, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bad, das haben nicht alle. Die Gastgeber machen morgens Frühstück und sind sehr nett. Wir würden nochmal dort übernachten.

We had a brilliant experience at the Grove! The host was so warm and welcoming, and even though I’d made a mistake with the booking (3 nights instead of the 4 we had planned to stay in London), he graciously accommodated without a second thought! The breakfasts are amazing and so filling, well worth the price. The rooms are kept clean and were more than adequate with the added touch of fresh flowers everywhere you look! You can tell that a lot of passion for people (and plants) goes into the running of this phenomenal lodging and it’s right near Vauxhall train and tube station so we could easily navigate all the popular destinations. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Phenomenal. The hosts were amazing. They even made us a homemade English Breakfast. Would recommend to everyone!

Friendly & convenient. Great hosts and breakfast! The only downsides is the small bathroom and steps up to some of the rooms.

Mycket personligt hotell med trevlig och rolig personal, god frukost med bland annat färsk fruktsallad och möjlighet att beställa olika former av engelsk frukost. Ganska litet rum men bra utformat och utrustat. Det som vi inte upplevde som så bra var att man skulle boka tid för incheckning och det sades att man måste betala extra om man ankom efter kl 21. Vi bokade tid 20.30. När vi kom dit var ingen där och efter telefonkontakt fick vi info om vilket rum som var vårt och var nyckeln skulle finnas. Nyckeln till rummet fanns inte där de sa, den behövdes för att kunna låsa om sig. Vi fick löfte om att den skulle finnas där efter någon timme. När vi återkom efter en timme fanns den fortfarande inte där och när vi ringde sa personen att han kunde komma 22.30 eftersom han var ute på restaurang. Han kom med nyckeln då. Utifrån detta anser vi det konstigt att man måste vara där före 21 för att slippa extra avgift. VI hade gärna haft möjligheten att komma senare utan extra avgift- det känns inte rimligt att ta ut sådan när personalen ändå inte är på plats och tar emot. MEN- vi tyckte om hotellet och kan absolut ändå rekommendera det! Tack för trevlig vistelse!

Nice and convenient place to stay, excellent people

Mycket charmigt b&b, med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stor hemlagad frukost vid långbord med de andra gästerna. Ligger vid ett bra läge nära kommunikationer som tar dig vidare i London. Rekommenderas varmt!

Charming, impeccably kept Victorian house,

Hosts were very warm and welcoming! Perfect size for solo traveler or two people. Short walk to the underground and good food close by.

Es ist ein B&B, dass sich auf zwei Häuser verteilt. Diese befinden sich schräg gegenüber in der selben Straße. Die Häuser sind Altbauten, die Fenster also schon älter, doch da die ganze Straße sehr ruhig ist, lässt es sich sehr gut schlafen. Besonders fanden wir das Frühstück!! Außerdem die 3 frischen Rosen in einer Vase auf unserem Zimmer, die Taschentuchboxen auf den Nachttischen und dass nach 3 Nächten auch die komplette Bettwäsche gewechselt worden war. Shampoos, Wasserkocher mit Tee- und Kaffeemöglichkeit und kl. Kühlschrank mit Getränken sind vorhanden. Sowie entsprechende Gläser. Das Frühstück wird in jedem der beiden Häuser gemacht. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch und man kann sich eine von 3 Frühstückszeiten aussuchen (08:00/08:30/09:00). Auf dem Tisch stehen Obst, Saft und Marmeladen bereit. Ein Kellner fragt Getränkewunsch und Warmspeise (English Breakfast, Eierspeise) ab. Generell wird im Zimmer und auch beim Frühstück klar, dass Kanley, David und ihr Personal ihr B&B mit Herz und Seele betreiben. Es wird sich gekümmert und sie lieben, was sie tun. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Wonderful stay - the English breakfast in the morning was to die for! Bob was simply the best. Will be back!
