Terrible customer service. They didn't let me check in because i didn't had my phisycal credit card. And then i have to run and find out anothervhotel. They still collected yhe mone

We made our reservation the “night of” our need to stay and most other hotels were booked. This was the last room in the vicinity. I was glad to have a room! This was a smoking room and when we walked in we could definitely smell it! We tried to turn down the air hoping the cold would make the smoke smell not as strong. It didn’t work as well as we hoped but it was a little better by the time we got back to the room after dinner. No real issues or problems, my friends are used to staying in fancier places, but I was fine. The bed was comfortable the pillows were good. It wasn’t nasty or dirty. It was a $100 room on a busy night. I was fine with us paying 35/each! I feel like I got what I paid for and I would stay again if needed. It wasn’t the nicest hotel out there, but they didn’t claim to be either! It isn’t visually appealing as you drive up, but again, it’s not a fancy place and I was fine with it as long as we were safe and didn’t have any problems.

This is a very nice room. The bed is comfortable and there is a large TV with HBO. We can hear the family next door through the wall.

Wanted a non-smoking room. The room smelled terrible. No where to eat in this area. But nice a quiet to stop for the night.

There was a bunch of people hanging outside their rooms just sitting outside in lawnchairs smoking, our non smoking room smelled badly of smoke, we had to wash all our clothes after we left

Bed is too high, need a step stool for short people to get in

All I needed was a quiet, safe, inexpensive place to sleep while traveling along I-75. This place delivered. The continental breakfast, however, was meager.

Excellent, friendly, and clean

Clean. Noisy - could hear the conversation in the next room- loud guests and dog barking at 1 am outside my door. Otherwise okay - especially for the price.

After booking on Expedia. When I arrived they said they had no reservation for me and they had no rooms available. My card was charged so I called for refund couple days later which they did cus she said they did have a room that night for me. Go figure

Place was clean. Beds comfortable and breakfast standard continental. Price was very good. It was right off the highway but there was nothing else around.

This is an older hotel but they keep it very clean! Our room was spacious. The staff was very nice!

Clerk at check in was almost rude. Just totally unfriendly. Got to the room and opened the door to a blast of cleaning solvent odor. The carpet was sticky. Only good thing was a comfortable bed. No hot water in the shower.

It is what you pay.,a cheap night rest. Rooms we're clean as well the bed.
