The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was very convenient to have 2 attached restaurants where it was easy to pick up a meal to take to your room if you liked. The Walmart superstore was within walking distance for groceries. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was spotless. Staff was courteous. The only negative was the shower handle for hot and cold was confusing.

Bed was lovely but the shower sucked. You could not adjust the temperature, it was scalding.

The room was relatively clean though the AC had some issues during the 2nd night. The location is good as its attached to a Dennys and Moxies, and its walkable to a walmart and other shops. This was my third or fourth time staying here but will likely be my last. My main issue with this stay was the walls are paper thin, and there was a lot of families with young children. It was impossible to get a good rest/sleep in because of how poor the sound dampening was - it sounded like the kids were in the room with me. I checked out more exhausted then when I arrived.

They didn’t had enough staff for service. We asked for bath robes they told to get that in the morning when housekeeping will be in. I Understand the only front desk person there can not leave the desk. And there were so may flies in the room and bathroom.

Beautiful room. Awesome staff, especially Peter. Moxie’s was exceptional. Denny’s service was very bad. Waited an hour for a serving of toast only and called room service for an Omelette which was terrible.

Overall the hotel was fine, but the beds were not the most comfortable, the areas could have been a bit cleaner, the gym was a bit limited, and the pool was small.

We had a great stay for one night this weekend. We were in town with our 2 kids to watch a Forge FC game. The hotel was fairly priced for families and was in a convenient location. The entire hotel was very clean and smelled lovely. The room decor was really nice and the beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was great the there are two restaurants on the property. I didn’t realize that this hotel is Canadian and that’s definitely a bonus :). I would recommend this hotel.

Always a good stay at this hotel, though the last time I stayed I noticed a strange smell in the room, like someone before me had smoked in it, which is frustrating. The shower also wasn't scrubbed very clean, there was some build-up in it. For the rest, it was a good, clean stay.
