Rating & Review Keseluruhan Origin Red Rocks, a Wyndham Hotel

Upon entering the front door, I was met with the upmost hospitality. The bar and restaurant was very attentive and made me feel like family. Rooms were spacious and very modern. I will definitely stay at the Red Rocks again.

Non working coffee machine, broken bar & stopper in tub, horrible mattress that should have replaced long ago. Very noisy as well. No vending machines with food for after the Red Rocks show. Was unable to check in early, even tho requested on website. Did not get much sleep.

Great place to stay if you are attending a show at the red rocks. Shuttle bus available great location. Outside area is nice to hang out and play games

Customer Service was good , very clean but the Tv didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work not sure why

front staff nice. people nice. awful smell. extremely loud all night long...on a Wednesday night. Can hear everything in the rooms adjacent. no water pressure, no hot water.

Excellent hotel, great location if you’re going to Red Rocks

Awful smell coming the plant behind the hotel. Literally felt like the fumes were being pumped into our room!!! Poor air quality in the rooms. The lobby smelled like sewage. Room was dated, scuff marks on the baseboards and furniture. Also, the mattress was super broken in that it slumped in the middle. At check in, we arrived at 1550, check in was at 1600. Room wasn’t ready till 1630. The girl at the front desk told us “it will only be a few more minutes.” Then she totally disappeared, had to go up to the desk and follow up, the man at the front desk had no clue we were waiting to check in. Just not the best thing, in my opinion.

Sometimes the lobby smells because there’s a small plant behind it.

What can I say other that it’s exactly what you expect and it a perfect place to stay.

Our room was very comfortable however, we ran into a variety of problems. First and foremost, the outlets in our room did not work. Thus, we could not charge our devices. Our safe also was non-functioning. The shower had one setting which was sputter~jet. Furthermore, the gym had only one working treadmill and all other cardio devices were inoperable. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was cold and extremely bland. The coffee was very watered down.

The room was great. Clean and comfortable. The problem- there was a dog in the room next to us who yelped and barked all night long. I went to the front desk and was told that they were aware of the issue but could t do anything about it. As a result, I was unable to sleep.

I liked it except for the shower. It was brutal! The water comes out very hard to the point it left marks on our bodies. Too much water pressure!

The strong smell when you walk into the lobby. Overwhelming. I did feel bad for the girl in restaurant, breakfast on Tues, 22nd, only one gal. I do like staying here very much!!! Everyone is friendly and very helpful! Always clean!
