Кроме того, внимательность персонала в сочетании с их международным опытом продемонстрировала их профессионализм. Спасибо всему персоналу отеля.

Very clean, modern hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Facilities are well maintained. Great value for money and comfortable stay overall.

I had an excellent stay at Centro WestSide by Rotana. The highlight of my visit was the spacious Centro Corner suite, which offered plenty of space to relax and a beautiful city view. The large bathtub was a wonderful addition and made the stay feel even more luxurious. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. I highly recommend Centro WestSide by Rotana to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.

Otel 3 yıldızlıydı ve kliması gerçekten berbattı, oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldım ama hiçbir faydası olmadı. Banyo ve oda kötü bir şekilde yenilenmişti ve yan odadan gelen gürültü çok net duyuluyordu. Otel restoranı çok kötü ve kalitesizdi. Otelin konumu çok kafa karıştırıcıydı ve kesinlikle bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim.

There is no walking path to the Mall of Istanbul from the hotel. The only way is via vehicle or taxi. The hotel location is very bad and taxi drivers get lost finding the hotel. The service is horrendous for a 5 star hotel. The hotel should be rated a 3 star hotel. It took almost hour and a half for room service. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear all the noise from adjacent rooms. Overall, had one of the worst experiences in my hotel stays.

The Spa, Gym, and pool was great. The staff was lovely too

This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. I changed my room 3 times for a 9 night stay in which I stayed 3 of them in the hospital. when I first arrived to the hotel my room was so dirty. Every single surface was dirty. I requested to change my room. The next room was a little better. However, the construction outside was unbearable. I didn’t care at the time because I was checking into the hospital for surgery the following night. upon arriving back to the hotel post operation, needing a lot of rest, I could not sleep because the construction noise was unbelievably loud. I called Expedia right away asking for assistance. They informed me that a member name MERT, would be calling me and switching my room and that they would assist me with my Bags because I was not able to lift due to the surgery. I waited and still no call. I went downstairs, and he informed me that there’s currently no rooms available and to try again later. However, I kept pushing back and automatically he was able to assign me a room right away, which lets me know he was just lying and being lazy. The bag guy in the front eventually came to my room and gave me an attitude because all my bags were not packed and I expressed to him that I can’t lift that’s why I needed his help. I would have gave him a nice tip if he was not so rude. The 3rd room was much better and the noise went away. That night, I was awaken in my sleep as there was a couple entering my room . The hotel is a 3 star maximum! If you except a five star don’t go there

can’t go to Mall of Istanbul. I chose this hotel because very close from big shopping mall, but north and west of hotel is blocked by highway, can’t cross. only go to southern direction. there are many office buildings and construction sites, for visiting restaurant or supermarkets need to walk mote than 15 mins. I can’t understand why they decided to make hotel this terrible location. and taxi of Istanbul is very expensive. from airport to hotel need to pay about 45 usd(one way)
