It suited me perfectly. Very Quiet and in a beautiful country area. Breakfast was nice. Loved all the animals Llamas, goats, geese, chickens, kittens and a lovely golden Labrador. This would be paradise for a young family.

Nestled in the picturesque Austrian countryside, an hour’s drive from the German border city of Passau, this oasis of comfort and relaxation has no equal. The property is comprised of multiple environments, each with its own charm awaiting your discovery. The tree-shaded courtyard, through which you enter to reach the reception desk, serves as an outdoor gathering place complete with tables and a small bar. Scattered about are numerous niches where children can play. There is a long wooden slide, toys of various kinds, and, without too much prompting, one of the kittens who call this place their home will nuzzle up to you if you are open to their entreaties. The reception area is beautifully appointed with tables and furnishings allowing another place to enjoy a drinks or a meal ordered from the extensive menu. Here too are toys for children. This is clearly a safe, family location. The rooms are excellently designed for contort, function, and comfort. The beds assure a restful night’s sleep. As part of a working farm, across the road you will enjoy a walk to see the geese, ducks, chickens, goats, and llamas. Though they are not supposed to, a kitten may follow you. This review merely touches on but a few of the delightful features this escape from the ordinary provides. For families, for couples, for singles, for everyone.

The staff of this family run hotel were incredibly helpful and as we had some problems on our trip, they went out of their way to assist us. The rooms are very spacious, with bright, cheerful decor. We only had one breakfast but it was big and very tasty, including some delicious home made jams. It’s a lovely countryside setting, which we had the opportunity to cycle through using the hotels e-bikes. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

Fantastic location , perfect for family holiday, totally recommended. The flat was very clean and comfortable, a very nice farm where kids had lots of fun!! We will definitely go again.
