La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien acondicionado, cuenta con aire acondicionado y un ventilador de techo. Como mejora podrían poner una silla para el pequeño escritorio que tienen, fuera de ello todo excelente.

Location was good, staff was very helpful, rooms are very roomy, beds were comfortable, however, cold water in one of the showers. Pillows smelled horrible did not allow to sleep due to the smell. There was a horrible loud noise periodically, which seemed it was the water pump that prevented a peaceful rest. Price was extremely reasonable. We had two rooms.

Me hospedé en este hotel durante mi estancia en Holbox y tuve una muy buena experiencia. La habitación era sencilla, pero muy cómoda y limpia, con todo lo necesario para descansar. La ubicación es excelente: está a solo una cuadra del centro y a pocas cuadras del embarcadero, lo que hace muy fácil desplazarse tanto para recorrer la isla como para tomar transporte hacia cualquier lugar. Sin duda, es una muy buena opción por su comodidad, ubicación y excelente relación calidad-precio. ¡Lo recomiendo!

En general bien. A mejorar tema de agua caliente ya que no se podía regular. A mejorar también la descarga de agua en WC ya que había poco flujo. Lugar muy tranquilo y seguro. Ojalá incluyeran desayuno. Buena ubicación entre puerto y playa grande. Se puede llegar caminando a ambos lugares. Podrían incluir luz más intensa aparte de las luces tenues en el baño y habitación.

We booked the room but could not check in because no one was there. Total waste. Hotels.com would not even confirm that they will refund me. Hotel.com called them and confirmed no one there but acted confused about refunding money.

Would be better if they were pet friendly. During my stat no there was no hot water so they can inprove. But the rest was ok

La habitación estaba algo limpia, solo el piso se veía que no estaba bien barrido. La recepcionista es amable, el demás personal se notaban algo tímidos. La vista a la playa la verdad es que ni la playa está cerca así que no hay vista a la playa. El desayuno es lo que tengan del día, no hay para elegir solo nos sirvieron huevitos revueltos sencillos con pan y un poquito de fruta y café. Solo para tapar el diente. No dan salsas, ni nada más. Está lindo el lugar solo que si les falta más cosas en la habitación como papel de baño, acondicionador, Nose agua mínimo, más luz. Lo peor es que no hay agua para bañarse, tienen mucho problema de bombeo y si abres el grifo del lavabo en la regadera no sale y si le bajas a las palanca del wc no sale en el grifo y así. Y si sale es un chorritito de agua donde duras a penas te puedes bañar bien o de plano te quedas a medias bañándote porque te quedas sin agua. Y optamos por cambiarnos de hotel. Lo padre es que está muuuyy céntrico de todo!! Espero les ayude mucho mi comentario.

Really well located in the center of Holbox Breakfast served promptly even if the choice is pretty limited. The only downside was the water pressure and warmth in the shower

Plan for the beach eas not available. No hot water was available and at times water pressure was low. Shower did not work properly. Would be great if the hotel was pet friendly

El lugar está excelente. Cerca del muelle y cerquita del centro. Todo te queda cerca y la atención del personal es excelente. El desayuno bueno!. Seguro volveré!.

Habitaciones espaciosas y muy frescas, excelente que tenía un frigobar, el gerente en turno y la chica de recepción muy amables, el personal en general de lo mejor!! El trato es excelente!! Definitivamente recomendable!!

Very central in Holbox and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast included was one cup of coffee, fruits and ham and cheese omelette. Overall good value for money. Our room wasn't cleaned one of the days we were there but this was rectified when we mentioned it. Thank you!

My room at this hotel was wonderful. Clean, great staff and location is great. Close to everything walking distance. The beach, restaurants and a market nearby. Tacos stand right across the street. Good food.

Nice hotel close the ferry dock and the action. Room was comfortable, staff was great, and the breakfast was actually decent with a coffee, ham and eggs, and a little fruit, yogurt, and bread. Often when hotels say breakfast included it’s a piece of bread and coffee. The water was working fine the night we checked in but the next morning there was no water. Couldn’t take a shower or use the sink. Other than that it was a great stay.
