La limpieza del lugar no era buena. Las sabanas lucen sucias porque estan manchadas y percudidas. En general falta mas limpieza. El cuarto tenia un olor raro. La fachada del hotel no coincide con lo publicado.

En este momento está en remodelación. No te avisan y llegas a un lugar con fachada en construcción. Las habitaciones son grandes pero oscuras no hay ventanas. Descansamos hermoso porque es como un búnker. Pero solo es para estar en la noche y dormir. Tv y aire acondicionado ok. Lo bueno es la ubicación xd llegas a pie desde el ferry y vas a todos lados caminando. Estaba limpio

A pesar de que está en remodelación las habitaciones muy agradables y el servicio muy bueno

El cuarto tenía mucha humedad, no me ayudaron a facturar mi estancia y estaba en proceso de remodelación mucho ruido y polvo. Tal vez deberían haber avisado de esto antes y entonces podría tomar la decisión de hospedarme o no. El personal es amable

El lugar es muy céntrico y puedes llegar caminando al centro, el personal es muy amable

Excelente ubicación, solo que el hotel está en remodelación e inician desde las 7/8am aproximadamente con el ruido. Pero a esa hora nos fuimos a la playa y no hubo problemas. Cuando terminen de remodelar estar muuuy bonito

La fachada está en reparación pero lo que necesita remodelación son los cuartos. La madera rota es peligrosa estando descalzos. Falta pintura.

We had booked 3 weeks but only ended up staying 2. Even ahead of the stay things were questionable, we couldn’t find any information about the hotel online, no contact info or anything. Ongoing construction at the hotel which we were not informed of, it was very noisy at times. At least we were placed in a room far away. Housekeeping didn’t do anything except changing the bed and possibly sweeping the floor. We had a cockroach in the room that we killed and he was still on the bathroom counter after housekeeping had been there, they didn’t wipe tables or anything. There were also stains on probably every single one of the sheets we got. The staff didn’t speak a lot of English so google translate was essential. WiFi was mostly terrible. It was okay, but I wouldn’t return unfortunately.

Great hotel

Nos hospedamos en este hotel para un viaje en pareja y consideramos que resolviendo dos detalles pronto será un muy buen hotel. Lo mejor fue, sin duda, la ubicación; al estar en el centro, fue muy fácil desplazarnos, está justo en un punto medio entre el ferry y la playa (a solo 4-5 calles). Se están llevando trabajos de construcción pero el interior está habitable y muy agradable. La recámara es muy amplia con una cama King, las instalaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas, algo que siempre se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes que afectaron nuestra estancia. Había trabajos de construcción en el hotel, y aunque estábamos preparados para algo de ruido, resultó ser mucho más intenso de lo que esperábamos. Esto hizo que fuera difícil relajarse durante ciertas horas del día, incluso pasado los horarios que comentaron estarían trabajando. Otro punto a mejorar fue el servicio de lavandería (que por lo que nos comentaron, es externo con su personal de limpieza) Al recoger nuestra ropa, notamos que faltaban algunas prendas, no lo reportamos ya que nos dimos cuenta una vez que habíamos salido. Estoy segura de que, una vez finalizados los trabajos y resolviendo detalles de servicio, el hotel será muy lindo y tendrá un gran encanto.

We walked around for quite sometime thinking our maps were wrong. We finally found the property, nothing like what was shown. Absolutely no windows anywhere. The front is covered in plywood and caution tape. We ended up booking something different, which was amazing. The staff watched us walk by several times and never tried to ask what we were looking for. I would suggest Expedia remove this listing until it at least look habitable.

This hotel is under construction until March 31st, the note on renovations shared does not accurately represent the extent of the work that is ongoing. During our stay, the entire facade and reception was demolished and they were pulling up new walls, drilling and hammering. We barely found this hotel on the street as it was fully scaffolded up. They put us in the room right by the reception, construction noise ended at 6 pm and started again at 7 am the next day. We left after 1 night. This is the first hotel I've ever left and I traveled quite a bit. I'm sure the hotel will look lovely after the upgrades, but it should not be renting rooms for the period due to the disruption. It speaks volumes about the management. Otherwise, the rooms look as described, but there are no windows on them as mentioned somewhere in the booking. The front desk staff was very lovely and as helpful as they could be in the situation outside their control. You could get a better accommodation for your money.

This hotel is strange. The rooms really don't have any windows and the lighting is very dim. Sound travels easily from outside to inside so bring earplugs. During our stay there was demolition to the front of the building. It would have been nice to have known this ahead of the stay. The price is comparable to most other hotels in the area and should at least be greatly reduced during the renovation.
