Amazing

La propiedad es muy bonita y está muy bien cuidada, pero la experiencia en general quedó muy por debajo de lo esperado. Aunque mi reservación indicaba beneficios por ser cliente VIP, durante toda la estancia no recibí absolutamente ninguno. No hubo ningún detalle, reconocimiento o diferencia que justificara ese estatus. El servicio en el restaurante es, sin duda, el punto más débil del hotel. Los tiempos de espera son excesivos (más de 50 minutos para recibir algunos platillos) y el personal rara vez está atento a las mesas, incluso cuando se solicita ayuda. Viajamos como familia y teníamos cuatro habitaciones. Esperábamos un poco más de consideración o flexibilidad por parte del hotel, pero el trato fue completamente impersonal. Incluso cuando se bloquearon las llaves de las cuatro habitaciones al mismo tiempo, tuvimos que ir hasta recepción para obtener nuevos accesos. Como las habitaciones están alejadas, es necesario tomar transporte interno, pero a esa hora prácticamente no había disponible. Se agradece que el café y el agua sean de cortesía, pero fuera de eso el hotel no ofrece ningún detalle adicional que haga sentir especial al huésped o que invite a regresar. En resumen, es una propiedad muy bonita, pero el servicio no está a la altura. Por el precio y las expectativas que genera, difícilmente regresaría o la recomendaría.

La propiedad y el personal se lleva un 10/10, el Valle de Guadalupe es una gema de Mexico, nos vamos encantados del viaje!

Impecable en todos los sentidos.

The property is truly wonderful. The facilities, surroundings, and vineyards make it a very special place to stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to let guests know in advance that having a car is highly recommended. There are limited transportation options, and there isn’t much to do within walking distance or inside the resort itself. It would also be very helpful to better communicate the events taking place at the restaurant. During our stay, there was a special themed evening with live music, but we only found out after it had already started. We would definitely have attended if we had known beforehand. I have stayed at Casa Molle, a boutique hotel in Chile with a similar concept, and I believe it could serve as a great benchmark. There, the experience is enhanced by a heated pool, a luxury spa, and meals included, which encourages guests to spend more time enjoying the property. Incorporating some of these elements could make the guest experience even more exceptional at what is already a beautiful destination with tremendous potential. Polly

This is my favorite hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. I’ve already stayed here three times, and I will definitely be coming back again. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Everything is always spotless. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The wines are amazing, and I highly recommend trying them. Their olive oil is also excellent and definitely worth buying. I would especially like to thank Alex at the front desk. She is always so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She truly made my stays even more enjoyable. The hotel is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valle de Guadalupe, and I can’t wait for my next stay!

Beautiful resort! Can’t wait to come back

The facility was amazing with beautiful vineyard views the rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

El restaurante esta rico pero el servicio es pésimo. Tardan mas de 50 minutos para traer pkatillos a la mesa y las hostess y personal no dan servicio no atención a las mesas aún cuando uno pide asistencia. Se bloquearon las llaves de 4 habitaciones y tuvimos q ir a la recepción por duplicados cuando para ir a recepción hay q tomar transporte, y pues no había transporte porque eran las 9 de la noche.

El colchon, deberian de considerar colchones menos blandos

El hotel está muy bien y en muy buen estado. Los cuartos están bien arreglados y bonitos. La cata de vino es la que me pareció falló, no por la calidad de vino sino porque te sirven como si se les fuera a acabar. Por 1,800 pesos esperaría no fueran tan exageradamente medidos.

Very nice resort. Pool area was disappointing. No staff. Bar waiter came a few times and then left. No bathroom by the pool. Our room was not close to the pool so we had to walk down the road and through the lobby to use bathroom in a towel and bathing suits. All of the buildings that being built, I could not believe they forgot a restroom near the pool area while serving lots of drinks!

En general fue una muy buena experiencia. El hotel está bien cuidado, las instalaciones son agradables y el personal fue amable durante nuestra estancia. El único inconveniente fue que solicitamos un upgrade de habitación y, aunque el hotel aparentemente no estaba lleno, nos informaron que no era posible realizarlo. Desconozco el motivo, pero fue un detalle que nos dejó un poco decepcionados, especialmente considerando la disponibilidad que parecía haber. Fuera de ese punto, la estancia fue muy buena y disfrutamos nuestra visita. Volvería, aunque esperaría una mayor flexibilidad con este tipo de solicitudes.

It is a beautiful place! The staff is great, the restaurant are wonderful. We had a great time!

The room was modern and spacious. The receptionist needs to be friendlier and perhaps provide more detailed information for the “unforgettable experience” El Cielo wants their guests to have. We were never told about amenities (pool, gym, restaurant and activities). The drive from the main rd on to the dirt road was not very pleasant. I think for the high price stay “El Cielo” should PAVE the dirt roads that lead you to the villas. I will not return to El Cielo, very expensive stay.
