Close to shopping and dining. Walkable download and many things to do in busy area. Easy acces to Banff highways.

Staff should be a little helpful and polite with guests.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable & small- when we booked the room it was for a queen size bed- the bed was barely a full size- way to small for me and my wife

When we opened the door, the room has not been cleaned yet. So we had to wait for another assigned room. The room that we stayed was face to the railway tracks, it was noisy during night time. But the overall experience of being in the hotel is still good. Hotel provides free coffee, tea and maps.

Great location, pretty average hotel but was good enough for us. Clean.

Good location except for the train

The only downside to our stay at Canmore Inn & Suites was its location next to an active railroad track. Trains run regularly during the day and throughout the night, so noise may be an issue for light sleepers. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and spacious, it was cleaned daily. The staff were helpful. Having access to a microwave and fridge in the room made it very convenient for me. The location was perfect with a grocery store less than 5 minutes away and several restaurants nearby. I would stay here again!

The view was incredible. We stayed on the railroad side, and would definitely pick that side again. Rooms were a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise. Very well priced and plenty of options. Within walking Distance of the village, including grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again

So the place is so so and right beside railroad tracks also the breakfast was a cost not free. And it was a horrible breakfast. Would never stay there again only reason we did is because we messed up a reservations one night so we were stuck.

Our room was very quiet which was lovely but very cold and the heat would not stay on. my problem was I am short and did find the bathtub shower very difficult to get into and out of as it was so high. Countertops were very high too. Not a huge problem but hope they will still be doing some renovating on them.

Great location. Quick walk into town. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Coffee station open 24hrs which was a bonus.

Busy hotel but lovely views, trains in behind didn’t bother us at all. Close to bus and grocery stores - would stay again!

Cons: Only one Night table and no writing desk. No sofa. Room extremely noisy even at night primarily due to long cargo trains running alongside the Hotel at a distance of about 50 ft from rooms facing the railway track. Pros: Efficient housekeeping. Nightlights in bathroom. Comfortable bed and bedding. Secure door locks. Relatively quiet air conditioner.
