They do have gated parking ! They do have a small gym ! And it’s quieter than any hotel in the area . And will be modernizing the hotel . I will return every visit ti this hotel .

Clean, nice, friendly helpful staff, nice gym, close to everything in Tijuana. Plan to return again soon.

IT WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER; THE FIRST ROOM WAS HAVING SOME WATER KNOBS MISSING, THE SHEETS WERE DURTY; THE LIGHT ON THE VANITY WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY THE SMELL WAS WAY TO BAD I ASK FOR THE SUPERVISOR AND THE PERSON AT FRONT DESK TOLD ME THAT HE WAS OFF AND THAT SHE WAS GONNA TRY TO GET SOME ANSWERS BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. I HAD TO STAY ONE MORE NIGHT AND THEY “CHANGE ME BUT REGARDLESS OF THE FRONT DESK LADY CHECKING THE ROOM IT WAS HAVING SOME ISSUES AS WELL LIKE A FEW TILES MISSING, ON THE SHOWER THE TILES WERE NOT JUST MISSING BUT IT WAS A HUGE HOLE, THE DOOR FROM THE RESTROOM WAS NOT CLOSING AND TO TOP IT OFF EVERY TIME I NEED IT TO GO OUT FROM THE PARKING LOT I WAS HAVING TO WAIT AT LEAST 5-10 MIN AND ALL THIS OS TOO MUCH. I KNOW NOW THAT THEY’RE GONNA CLOSE AND RE-OPEN WITH ANOTHER DAY SO THAT EXPLAIN HOW MUCH THEY DONT CARE ANYMORE AND IF THEY KNEW THAT THE BUILDING WAS ALREADY GOING DOWN (AS THE LADY JUSTIFIED) WHY THEY STILL RENT IT? I’LL MAKE SURE TO POST THIS ON EVERY WEBSITE CUZ THEY NEED TO BE EXPOSED

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Outstanding Service I had a great experience staying at Eazy Living Centro. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was the service. Stephanie and Mitchell were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Dave was also very accommodating and generously provided a complimentary late checkout and early check-in, which made my travel schedule much smoother. Anytime I needed something — even small items like extra supplies — the staff handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their guests. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

No windows, broken curtain rod, no light bulb, cold room, no complete set of silverware for 2, no coffee maker, no can opener or bottle opener, no rugs on floor, no decor, sterile room, lacked style, Looked nothing like the photos on the website for Staged. My first impression wasn’t very good as it was just a makeshift table off to the left of the entry of the hotel. The hotel is under construction and is unfinished. Rooms should not be rented until the hotel is complete. I would’ve canceled my stay for three nights, but I already paid for it but I canceled my six night stay for the following week because I thought the hotel was awful.

Check-in was at 3 o'clock. I arrived at 4pm iand my room was not ready. I had to wait. Also the entire complex is under construction, so there is no gym and no rooftop patio available as advertised. Was not worth the price I paid.

La habitación era mejor de lo que esperaba, solo un detalle, el tema de las chapas necesita mejorar, mi hijo se quedó encerrado en el baño, si bien el personal de inmediato fue a apoyar, la opción dada no fue la mejor

The heater in mini split! Didn’t seem to work!

I had booked a different ULIV property but they had double booked and cancelled my booking meaning I stayed here instead. Hot water worked only by turning off and on the gas califont in the cupboard, and even then only for 30 seconds and while also running the hot tap. Several lights did not work. I messaged the property to rearrange arrival but never heard reply. On top of this, building is still under construction and construction materials are everywhere including the entrance; this was not apparent when booking. The staff onsite were wonderful and friendly at all times, but would not stay here again.
