Internet access required too much information, and signing up with Hilton, the pool didn't feel that clean

Please put body wash in the shower. The airlines won't allow us to put it in our luggage. I didn't like using shampoo as body wash. Everything else was lovely.

Weekend breakfast was over before 9:15 we made it down. Also they took the coffee away as well. Beds okay. Very loud familues above us - until after 10 pm. Phone in room didnt work when we tried to call downstairs. Also they dont have daily maid service. Nice, quiet neighborhood. But disappointing in a few areas

This is our "go-to" when we visit Holland...great overall experience!

Very clean and friendly staff

We took out 12 week old puppy and had a room on the 1st floor so it was easy to take her outside. Thye had carts for our luggage and hot coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was good and we were close to everything by car within 10 to 15 min. beach was about 25 min away. Room was clean and had everything you could want. We will be back!

Staff are very nice. They have very nice patio designed with BBQ grill (need some cleaning). There are vary grocery, restaurant and other stores. Very convenient. Overall, good choice.

Comfortable room. Nice property in a good area. Room was to be touched up every other day but was not. Only entrance available with an assisted door was the main entrance but there was no front parking to unload means it was quite difficult to fight the doors which were difficult to open.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean even the halls felt clean. My only dislikes were the parking lot and the entrance wasn't really clear on what is the front or main entrance and the pool water was very cloudy. We would still stay here again and again and again, we loved it!

Nicole at the front desk was amazing! If I lived in MI, I would try and recruit her. Give that girl a raise!!

We had a great time spending a couple of days in Holland. We had all the amenities we needed!

Bathtub has a massive clog, leaving standing water in tub. Maintenance did come up and remove, which was very much appreciated. That said, with the size of what was clogging the drain, this had to have been noticed by the cleaning staff (or should have been)

The hotel was very clean with a xcepiof a black spot on the mattress of the pull out couch. The shampoo bottle fell off the wall when we tried to simply pump it to use it. It was fixed without us notifying staff while we were out. The curtain divider rod broke when we tried to close it. Not the fault of the hotel but other business were mistreating the pool. The hotel staff came in three times to remind people of the rules that were clearly posted. Seems to be a group of rude soccer families. Thank you staff.

I appreciated the spacious room- i liked the efficiency kitchen- beds were VERY comfortable (and the tv was easy to.operate!)
