Beautiful heritage building right in the centre of town, very convenient! The photos don’t do it justice. I’m a clean freak and wow I was impressed.... this place was CLEAN! New furniture and appliances in the room made it very comfortable. Even the metal pipes behind the toilet sparked clean. The bathroom was probably from the 70s but all worked perfectly, great shower. The host was lovely and attentive, thanks for a great stay!

All good very pleasant helpful lady/ very clean. Only iss ue is no disabled access / my sister had walking frame otherwise ok

central and great for a one night stay. have to go to local restaurants or pub for meals which are close by. opposite Alsdi.

Basically OK although I was thrown a bit when there appeared to be no staff actually on the premises.

Tiny room, espec the bathroom. Would suffice for 1 night but too small to enjoy for longer.

friendly welcome from the host. Room and bed quite comfortable, AC quite effective on a v hot day. Ceiling fan adequate at night. Lighting good - a feature not always in evidence at motels. Short walk to main shopping area.

Spotlessly clean. Crisp white sheets. Fab location opposite ALDI, 5 min walk to main street shops, pub. Quiet location with well kept garden, off street parking. Upon arrival Stacey came out of reception and warmly greeted me by name & with a big smile. I've never stayed here before nor do I know Stacey or anyone affiliated with Billabong so my review is not plugging a friend/acquaintance. Stacey asked if we knew Wangaratta & our whereabouts & offered the best 4 or 5 cafes for brekkie. Genuine warmth. Room had microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery. If I stay in Wang again it will be here if Stacey is managing the property.
