This hotel is in a good location for the champagne Avenue it is just a 5 min walk away. The staff are not very customer focused and gave no information without being asked. Breakfast is ok if you like continental but do not use the egg warmer it takes 15 minutes for an egg to be cooked. The toaster is up to high for short people like me to be able to us ethe tongs to retrive it. The spaces is very limited and when busy you can wait for a while to get a cup of coffee or tea. The big one was no air con in the room as it was still the cold season so the reception man said so no aircon just heat. when we went the weather during the day was very hot and so the room on the 1st floor was very hot and opening a window when there is no breeze was pointless.

We had a great experience here! Definitely recommend this charming boutique style hotel. Our fully renovated room was huge (top floor) with terraces, full living room dining room kitchen, huge shower and especially CLEAN! I would definitely go back!

Very nice personal touch, and great breakfast

Good location, 3min walk from Monet&Chandon and Rue de Champagne. Friendly staff. Hotel is quite outdated and rooms small. You can hear almost everything from adjacent rooms and hallway. Breakfast ok, nothing special but basics we're there. Ok for one night stay - kinda in and out.
