The room was okay if a little overheated. However, the check in process was a nightmare, the property sent me an email asking me to upload photo id but the link didn't work so I couldn't do it.....I emailed them and they sent me the same broken links which didn't work either clicking, cutting and pasting or just typing in... I couldn't find any contact details for them so had to go via Hotels.com who were brilliant but it was a nightmare at the end of a very long day.....

As you entered the property, I was greeted with a lot of dust and hair flying all over as if the place had been vacant for months. In my room, the bathroom seemed like a hair saloon at the end of a day before all hair was cleaned. The curtains were falling. The room seemed as if it was under construction and needed some finishing touches. There was no chair in the room although there was a table to work on. How odd

掃除ができておらず、チェックイン当日から埃だらけ。 滞在中の掃除はなし。 洗濯機は壊れていて動かない。 クローゼットの引き出しには、髪の毛がいっぱいはいっていた。 テレビはリモコンが壊れていたし、本体でも操作できなかった。 タオル交換は頼んだら、追加料金４０ポンドとのこと（事前説明なし）。 何でも気軽にメールをしてください。と書いてあるが、メールしても返信がない。 スタッフがおらず、セキュリティーにも問題がある。 いつも宿泊しているところが予約が取れず、仕方なく、ここに滞在したが、 できれば、もう二度と滞在したくない。最悪なホテルだと感じる。
