Personal muy amable en la recepcion pero no asi en el restaurante en el lobby. Cuartos limpios y comodos. Se escuchan mucho las puertas al cerrar y el ruido de la calle. Excelente localizacion. Limpio y el desayuno es variado y fresco. Sí volvería a hospedarme aqui.

False infos on Expedia:there is no proper shuttle service,hotel staff will call who ever he knows,and price varies from staff to staff! Infos given by hotel staff are often vague and often incorrect.Poor front desk response when called for questions/service.Have to pay for pretty much everything:bottle water(usually offered courtesy for hotel of this category).Their buffet breakfast is good,so is foods at the resto.

Linda habitación, excelente servicio del personal, desayuno bueno, solo no me gustó el baño porque le faltan detalles como donde colocar cosas y colgar en el clóset mis vestidos. Lo demás excelente

The clean room every single day the ladys come up to clean the rooms and change everything plus the towels and every single coworkers come abd help explain to you if you dont understand the money and anything about which tours or anything you need that help and explain the staff the cleanliness the Food everything for me and my family were great and awesome i would recommend this hotel to anyone Thank you for a great stay !

El hotel está excelente, ubicado en una zona tranquila, segura, verde y de fácil acceso. Las habitación estaba bien equipada l, agua caliente, cama cómoda y limpieza puntual. Lo mejor del hotel definitivamente es su personal, el equipo de restaurante era bastante atento y amable, los jóvenes de recepción siempre con una calidez y dispuesto a responder nuestras dudas. Pero definitivamente la sorpresa de mi viaje fue el señor Jaime, que atento, que amable, que servicial, nos trató como si fuéramos familia. Definitivamente volveremos.

Staff is not friendly. The hotel is called Cafe Hotel, and the lobby smells like coffee, but the actual coffee is horrible. Bathroom smells like dirty mop.
