We loved this place. It was charming and really nice decorated. The location was perfect in the old town in Genova. Only small thing to remark, is the shower is very small, its not for tall large people ;) Would love to go back!!

Helt perfekt, men air condition virket knapt

Mussten über 1,5 Stunden warten bis jemand mit dem Schlüssel gekommen ist, nachdem wir mehrfach angerufen haben. Schlechte Kommunikation, kein Fernseher, Klimaanlage stinkt, Bilder von dem Zimmer täuschen im Internet, ist viel kleiner. Kaffee von der Kapsel Maschine war lecker.

Rommet var veldig fint og fullt av sjarm med maleri på veggen og taket. Beliggenhet veldig sentralt og nær busstopp og metrostasjon. Mange plasser i nærheten å spisse / drikke. Personalet var veldig velkommene og hjelpsomme. Anbefaler dette stedet.

Bra läge, centralt i Gamla stan. Stadsljud hörs men störde inte. Fin lägenhet i ett gammalt hus Fungerade utmärkt för oss

Agencé avec goût et bien rénové ; douche, literie, décoration, isolation phonique : parfait (sauf s'il y a un concert techno sur la place ducale !!!). Dommage : pas de ménage, ni même les poubelles vidées, pendant un séjour de 3 nuits :-(

Unfortunately my first room was very unclean and found bugs in the bed. The staff were helpful and moved me to another room which was slightly cleaner and i didn’t see or find any bugs in the bed. However the bathroom had an awful smell which seeped through to the rest of the room.

Familjerumet med takmålningen var otroligt vackert och man kan inte tänka sig bättre läge

Grosszügige Zimmer Schönes Ambiente Aber leider nachts bis 2 Uhr sehr laut von der Bar unten. Da nützen auch die bereitgelegten Ohrstöpsel nichts

Nickel, suite bien sympa. Les seuls soucis, télé impossible, parking un peu loin.

Personne aimable accueillante ,est venu nous chercher !l endroit est bruyant pas de wifi la télé ne marchait pas !ca vaut pas le prix payé,table de la salle bancale….l eau pour ce doucher a peine tiède !

I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

Alles super. Vorher kurz anrufen, erleichtert das Finden. Man kann nicht bis vor die Tür fahren, nur bis ca. 50m davor. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug und man muss ins 2. OG. Trotzdem war es sehr schön

They charge 20 euros for late check in after 7pm, which wasn't informed prior. Hotel location was very difficult to find with no signage.
