We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and really enjoyed it. This time, our room felt very tired. It was much smaller (not sure why)… the number on the outside of the door was even handwritten on the wall because the ski that normally displayed the numbers had fallen off. I like the idea of this hotel and it is very convenient to so many things…. They just need to make sure all of their rooms are on the same page.

this hotel is amazing with access to the spa and pool prior to ones room being ready with is awesome following a long travel day. located so close to everything and the views are outstanding. would stay again.

Great location, excellent on site activities with a pool, saunas, volleyball, trampolines and 3 bars. Its a very busy vibrant hotel.

Rooms are really very small; for two people, no shelves to put clothing, no hooks to hang climbing gears, not even one chair to sit. But the window view of Mont Blanc charming. Nice bar and lounging area, comfortable outdoor space and great beautiful view of Mont Blanc massif

Nice and clean rooms with amazing Mont Blanc views. But the best part was the sweet hotel guide France who helped us create unforgettable hiking days.

Stayed at this hotel for a family trip to Chamonix. Unfortunately, the hotel is not child friendly. If you are taking your children there, make sure you book rooms for them in advance as if they are adults, otherwise you could be in for a nasty price shock at check-in. For example, they won’t allow a young child in a double room with her parents. You would need a triple room. If you have 2 adults and 2 young kids, a triple room is not sufficient according to their unwritten rule, so you will need to pay for a quadruple room or two double rooms. The performances and amenities are mostly intended for adults. There is an age limit of 16 for swimming pool and spa. Lots of adults walking around the hotel in white towels. When it comes to rooms, they are typical of a hotel room, except for the following: 1. Very poor lighting to the point I couldn’t do packing at night. 2. No AC and it can get hot and humid in the summer. 3. No privacy between shower and sink with only a transparent glass wall between them (another poor choice for a family with kids). Upon arrival, the slippers provided didn’t look clean. The sink was not clean either with a stain on the side. On the positive side, this hotel has a nice view of the mountains and can be great for adults and night life. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I was single or had no kids in company. It’s relatively quiet and away from the busiest part of town center.

Super i Chamonix. Faciliteterne på dette hotel er super og kan tilbyde rigtig meget. Værelset vi havde var til den minimale side, men de findes garanteret større. God beliggenhed og afstand til by og masse aktiviteter i nærheden

Unique hotel where modern decor meets historic building just up hill from town and easy walk to restaurants. IMO the modern decor doesn’t work but love location and mtn views were stunning. Our 2 bdrm suit was spacious and clean and comfortable. Staff was great except for the first woman at check in who was extremely rude. Another staff member took over for her and apologized but it was shockingly poor behavior for customer service industry. Pool was quite nice but not impressed by breakfast buffet.

Stayed for four days in July. The breakfast, bar and staff are great. Reception is very helpful. The views are fabulous. The room was very hot at night as there is no air conditioning and I thought the way to the pool via the shower area was probably a bit risky regards slips on the wet floor. The hotel is in a perfect location and overall very nice and I’d stay here again for sure.

Fint hotel som vi før har boet på Denne gang var vi skuffet over værelset, som ikke havde lille køleskab/minibar. Kun et meget lille skab til tøj, ikke en eneste knage på badeværelset til håndklæder, var nød til at ligge dem på gulvet, ikke miljøvenligt da de så skulle skiftes hver dag.

Fantastisk stort og godt drevet hotell, midt i sentrum av Chamonix. Alle som flyr paraglidere lander på sletten rett utenfor hotellet. Basseng og poolterrasse med utsikt opp til Mont Blanc. Kjempestor frokost med alt man kan tenke seg. Grillbuffet utendørs både til lunch og middag til 25 euro. Supergod service på alt

Hôtel très propre et bien situé. Installation tel que piscine, bar, gym, billard, arcade,etc en font un beau milieu pour votre séjour. Spectacles en soirée sur la terrasse crée un ambiance sympathie. Bref, je recommande.
