Rooms look washed out with worn out furniture and old linens

Nice rooms and staff are very good

first they alloted a room, the toilet was broken, sanitary ware all cracked, food was pathetic. the mattress were stinky, Abosolute night mare..... please take out of list of hotels in Rajmundry... Criminal waste of money Sridhar

Internet was flaky, Woke up in the middle of the night with rash and found bed bugs. Could not go anywhere in the middle of the night so woke up at 5 AM took a hot bath to get rid of the bugs if any and left the property. Was supposed to be a nice working stopover but ended up not working and bitten by bugs.

The photos are approximately maybe a hundred years ago the bed are destroyed the mattress spotted bed linings energy faults bad, the pool is horrible the lake view is depresive the only thing work is the breakfast because is a buffet with oat meal, old bread ,an indi menu the place is expensive for the condition and need to be demolished the personal is disgusting and have a bad actitude was the worts hotel I ever stay and the worst part is the only with two rooms for me and a family that's the only reson force me to take that place

The hotel location is very good. Staff is friendly but can be more communicative. The property needs some maintenance. Overall experience is good.

On the banks of Godavari river but no access to go the river beach. They have a gate that leads to the river but the gare is permanently closed. Lots of mosquitoes but we're not provided with mosquito repellent or nets. The property needs lot of up keeping and renovation. Nice location though with close proximity to some of the tourist attractions.

Good to see the river next to it. The stay is comfortable. Food during breakfast was ordinary.

Beautiful greenery. But room was moldy smelling. Service at reception very unfriendly. Room service was very fast and good.

It's Nice place but no Hindi TV channel. Only telgu. No roti, chapati, butter Naan.
