Very nice place to stay. It has all you need in walking distance.

We loved the view from the rooftop and Melinna from the front desk is amazing. She was hospitable, accommodating, responsive and gave us excellent and useful information.

We stayed for a week in February in one of they classify as a premium apartment. It had a well equipped kitchen that we used for breakfast daily and dinner once. Grocery store is nearby. This apartment hotel is located in Plaka and within easy walking distance of the Acropolis and other major sites. It was great in all the important ways: comfortable furniture and beds, courteous and friendly staff, efficient checkin and checkout, good water pressure in the bathroom, very clean, quiet (we were on the second floor), lots of souvenir shopping nearby. But, their name aside, this is not a “Resort” nor is it a fancy hotel. It is a small apartment hotel with less than a dozen units and there is no restaurant, gym, business centre, etc —- go elsewhere if those are the kind of hotel amenities you are seeking. There are not even any powered USB outlets … bring your own. However, we join all of the others who have rated this accommodation highly for the other reasons mentioned above. We will recommend this hotel to friends and will stay there again in the future without hesitation.

Lovely , very clean property on a quieter road couple of minutes walk from the main plaka area. Great location walkable to most areas. Has a small rooftop terrace with nice views. Washing machine/ dryer available to use for a price. The staff ( Melina and Mary) were very lovely and super helpful. The reception is only manned in the mornings but that was not a problem for us. Small grocery store 2 minutes walk away and plenty of eating establishments nearby. Comfortable beds ( including the sofa bed) and excellent hot shower. Thank you Hapimag. Would definitely come back here again.

The property was located in a great neighborhood close to dining and other attractions. The property was clean and secure. We had a water leak from the ceiling during our stay which wasn't addressed for a whole day and the handyman came at a time other than what was confirmed with us. He fixed the leak but did not clean up the mess on the floor.

The hotel staff is excellent and very helpful. The location couldnt be better— just a few blocks from the entrance to the acropolis. We will def stay there again. Thank you!

Great customer service and always available to answer any of our questions (no matter how silly!). We were able to secure a transfer to and from the hotel to the airport/port through Georges Taxi company who knew how great this resort was. This resort is a short 5 minute walk from the Plaka area of Athens. We always felt safe and secure. Their recommendations of grocery stores and restaurants were spot on as well. Only thing is I wished there were movie channels in English but hey, youre in athens so you should be outside enjoying the sites! Oh and the air conditioning worked perfectly on a break from walking to the Acropolis (8 minute walk away!)

It should be described that the bathroom is downstairs. My elderly father had to go downstairs to use the bathroom and these arent regular stairs. Very narrow and high steps

Hapimag was a great value. Our suite was two storeys and tons of space, which is exactly what we needed at the end of a long trip. There is a tuck shop in the hotel which is perfect when you need water or even a cheap beer. It’s in Plaka but just outside of where it’s busiest, so it offers a calm reprieve without sacrificing access to fun. Steps away from shops and restaurants. Walking distance from popular Monastiraki and Syntagma Squares. Our airport shuttle was easily arranged by the hotel, but it’s also steps away from the subway which is great in Athens. Can’t go wrong at Hapimag.

The people working at the hotel were kind and friendly and very helpful. Traveling alone, the hotel felt safe and was close to sites and plenty of food and shopping. The small kitchen was a plus though I did not need to use it. Clean, modern, and safe!

We arrived after the reception was closed. due to hotel.com emails it was a little confusing to find our member ID to gain entry. happy that my phone had power and that we had access to the internet otherwise we would have had a bad time. The room is comfortable for a two week stay even if we only stayed two nights. the roof top seating area is the best part of our stay. each day began and ended spending time on the roof overlooking the city and the best view of the acropolis. The receptionist was delightful and even at check out would call us a cab to airport at a future time and hold our luggage until the cab arrived while we ran and grabbed souvenirs.
