We had a fabulous stay. The hosts have made a beautiful job of converting the barns, they are super clean, spacious and comfortable. They are all such lovely people too, very helpful, willing to accommodate tricky dietary requirements, full of good advice about the local area. Breakfast was great, the beach at Sea Palling was beautiful, and in summary we not only had a great stay, we'd wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to a return visit. Oh, very sensibly priced too. Thumbs-up all round.

Breakfast was excellent

We had a really enjoyable break at the Dairy Barns which included a lovely spacious room and a fabulous breakfast each morning. Everything was clean and all the staff were friendly and keen to help with any request. If you are looking for a quiet break in the country close to the coast I would highly recommend the Dairy Barns.

Brilliant stay, staff were so friendly and helpful and got breakfast ready for exactly when we wanted it by doing an ordering system the night before. Fantastic stay in a lovely room with comfy bed and very good toilet and shower facilities.

This is our second visit to The Dairy Barns, so that just shows you just how lovely it is staying there , the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble , the cleaniless is outstanding and the breakfasts are the best freshly cooked to order and plenty of other options fresh fruit, cereal toast fantastic ,

Really loved staying here. I got an upgrade to an apartment... large downstairs room with king size bed and dining area, big bathroom and upstairs a lovely sitting room. Staff were friendly and professional. I felt very welcome.

Lovely area, great food, amazing hosts and staff

Great breakfast and attention from Hannah and her brilliant mum. Room was fantastic with massive bed and all the facilities including a mini fridge. Located in the middle of the Norfolk countryside, close to the beach and the Norfolk Broads. A totally relaxing and off grid area to get away and enjoy.

The Dairy Barns was the perfect location for us to attend a wedding nearby. Hannah and her family were so warm and friendly, that we are definitely looking at returning. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The scenery was beautiful and there is a lot of things to do and delicious restaurants nearby. Thoroughly recommend.

Fabulous place to stay. Hannah was very welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable with cake provided. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and there was loads of tourist information available. Would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area

Absolutely lovely place to stay, in a relaxed setting. Very comfy room, as well as inside and outdoor areas to sit. Lots of information about local places to visit. Will go again for longer next time.

A wonderful b&b in beautiful countryside, everything generously provided for maximum enjoyment. We loved our room, all the most modern comforts in a unique architectural conversion. Delighted to find tea and cake after our journey; delicious breakfast in fantastic setting; we were a bit sad to leave after our stay and hope to return, as so many other visitors do.Thank you Hannah!

The accommodation was spotless. cake and fresh milk on arrival was a lovely surprising touch. Room and bathroom had all facilities required. Breakfast was very tasty and catered well for all, good selection. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and with places to go and things to do. Great stay and would recommend and hope to return one day. Thank you!

Clear directions given to get to the property due to sat Nat signal. We arrived to a warm friendly welcome with a quick efficient check in. Shown to our room that was clean and decorated well with the farm feel. The best part of the property is the dining room which is breath taking and lovely. Breakfast had a variety and portion size sufficient. The owner phoned up to clarify that our plans was definitely open and told us where to park. A highly recommend accommodation to visit.

Wonderful family run perfect stay. Hannah, Harriet and Harriet’s grandma were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was superb, and the plethora of jams were delicious. Our family room was perfect with a bathroom to die for. I highly recommend Dairy Barn and will definitely be back. Horses were beautiful too.
