Everything clean, and simple. You have to judge this place for what you pay. Low price, minimal facilities but what you need. Very comfortable, very clean, shower and bed both very good. Location very central. Parked nearby. Will be returning.

People kept knocking on our door and running, yet a staff member came to tell us to be quiet - we were playing board games, not making noise, and had people disturbing us. Also in the morning, the cleaning lady was VERY noisy, on thr phone shouting and her trolley banging into things

Já ficamos hospedados vários dias neste hotel mas desta vez por 2 de 5 dias a água morna do chuveiro não funcionou e comuniquei aos funcionários que foram muito cordiais mas quando fui falar com a gerente do hotel ela foi muito rude comigo e me respondeu em voz alta. Não aceito este tipo de comportamento!

Ideal hotel to be close to the town centre and approx 10 mins walk to the waterfront. I had a small double room with no window but it was a sufficent size with clean bedding and a lovely modern bathroom. Pleasantly surprised with the nice smelling hand wash and shower gel. Nice touch. I would definitely stay here again

It's clean and bed is comfy.

We had 3 very compact rooms no windows. One had a cockroach in it so was given another room. Manager doesn’t work weekends so was given an email address to report concerns.2 rooms had problems with the showers no water pressure and stopped mid flow. Would never stay here again.

You pay for what you get. It is ok. The room is quite small. However you get a bathroom with shower as well. No kettle or tea making facilities. You have to make it in a machine in reception. The bed was not the most comfy I have slept in but it did the job. The room did also have air con but it kept coming up with an error code so I turned it off. All in all, it was decent and did the job of providing a bed whilst in Ipswich.

Are stay was very good just perfect for what we needed

Room was clean although very small and no storage for clothes or anything. Literally a bed and two fixed hangers. We had two nights here and hated living out of a suitcase under the bed. Ideal location for the town and the waterfront

Easyhotels are what they are easy clean convenient: on this occasion though their member of staff was not worthy of a position in customer service. Rude, obnoxious and sarcastic.
