Me encantó la vista. El personal es muy amable y con buena disposición a ayudar todo el tiempo. Un hotel tranquilo y perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. La cama y las almohadas deliciosas. Buen aire acondicionado. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos allí por todo lo anterior.

Loved it! I loved the whole stay! We booked 3 nights and the staff was super friendly and helpful! My two favorite things of the hotel had to be the free breakfast and easy access to the beach. 10/10 would stay again

He went above and beyond to help us arrange a rental car, making the process quick and stress-free. His outstanding customer service made our trip even more enjoyable. A nossa hospedagem foi excelente. Hotel pequeno, mas muito bonito e com funcionários prestativos. A vista do quarto de frente para o mar era incrível! Lindo demais! Conseguimos ver até um polvo enquanto fazíamos snorkel no mar em frente ao hotel. Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado, mas logo foi resolvido. A única coisa que não gostamos foi o café da manhã. Era a la carte, com opções extremamente limitadas e que não poderia ter repetições. Então basicamente você poderia comer apenas as frutas com iogurte oferecida e escolher ovos OU panquecas. Além de não poder repetir, não poderia escolher as duas opções. Além disso, o restaurante do hotel (o mesmo que servia o café da manhã) era extremamente caro e com pouca variedade. Considerando a necessidade de pegar um táxi até o centro para ir aos restaurantes, eles poderiam ter mais opções para quem não quiser sair do hotel.

The B Unique was clean, aesthetic, and everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved our ocean view room as well as access to the pools and a nice restaurant with good food on each of the adjoining B properties. For being in a diving town, and not being located right in town, it would be great if the restaurant opened an hour earlier or provided to-go options for diver guests. Otherwise, lovely, and could be lovelier with more heat and less chlorine for the perfect sunset hot tub.

We loved it!!! The staff was excellent especially David, he went above and beyond to help us with anything. We will definitely be back!

Hotel was nice, drinks prices were higher than expected. Air conditioner in room made a beep then weird mechanical sound everytime it cycled.

Hotel did not meet full expectations sadly. 3/5 rating. Welcome shot of “freshly blended fruit smoothie” was offered upon arrival yet had a barcode sticker off the actual fruit in the shot. Our ceiling fan and AC unit in room 422 both made ongoing noise daily that was an annoyance while trying to sleep. Room was fairly clean however, wasn’t as nicely decorated as shown in online pictures. View from hotel balcony was indeed beautiful. Pool was relatively clean with an exceptional view. Ocean access was nice and accessible (for those without disabilities). Snorkeling gear available at 5 USD for 24hrs. Hotel was very quiet, perfect for someone looking to relax and disconnect at a slow pace. No events offered during our stay aside from yoga which was a service offered during the AM. (Likely due to it being off season). The restaurant in the hotel next to the pool had extremely slow service, food was mediocre and over priced! We waited 30+ minutes before having to ask staff for a beverage order by pool when there were only few guests and multiple staff standing around. Had dinner at hotel one night, waited 1hr for food when we were 1 of 3 tables total. Included breakfast was ok. In hotel contract it states you are not allowed to order outside food to the hotel. In order to get food outside of the hotel you have to travel into town which was a 150 peso cost each way totalling to 300 pesos plus tip for round trip. Can be costly. Overall just not an ideal experience for us.

We loved loved staying here! One of our favorite hotels we've stayed at. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. The snorkeling right on their beach was amazing! Great value we loved it!

It’s one of the only properties on the whole entire island that is not affected by the sargassum seaweed it’s a really nice place. Staff is super friendly highly recommend 10 out of 10

We recently stayed at Hotel B Unique and overall had a great experience. The property is beautifully landscaped and sits right on the ocean with amazing emerald-colored water and incredible sunsets each evening. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fairly large. About half overlook the ocean while the others face the jungle side of the property. The hotel has two clean pools, including an adults-only pool, although the water was a little warmer than we prefer. There is also a jacuzzi on site. There is no sandy beach, but there is a small lagoon-style entry into the ocean. Be careful of sea urchins in the area. Once outside the lagoon, the snorkeling is very good, and the water is deep enough for a nice shore dive, especially at night. The food was very good but somewhat expensive, and the restaurant service was quite slow. We often waited a long time for water and to place our order. The hotel also does not offer an all-inclusive option, which may matter to some travelers. Since the hotel is located about 10 minutes north of the ferry pier, I would recommend renting a car for longer stays so you can explore local restaurants and the island more easily. Overall, this is a beautiful boutique-style hotel with great ocean access, relaxing views, and a peaceful atmosphere.

All was good at the B. Staff was great and the hotel had a cool vibe. Great snorkeling too! We will be back again!

Always love our stays at Hotel B and B Unique. Great staff - definitely one of the reasons we return. Snorkeling right from the dock, scuba with on-site Island Divers…all great.
