I felt blindsided by the $25 service fee

Parece que están trabajando gratis en recepción.. o tal vez por ser hispano fue el trato así .. y por si fuera poco en la mañana temprano lo mismo.. espero no volver

The Air condition worked well, The supervisor or Manager was telling the worker not to wipe the mop over the dirty plastic floor. Very confrontational and lack decorum. Never going there again. The Manager in front was profession and accomodatiing.

The area has great shopping across the street and further up heading south, very convient for persons that isnt driving to get around without spending a small fortune

There was mouse dropping in the bed there was damaged walls and furniture and tgey did not refund deposit like they said they would. They also dont tell you about the extra charges for cleaning the rooms till you are there. Please do not use my husband and i did not feel safe at all and they will not refund your deposit and will lie to you

The room was nice but it was cold and I had no way of turning off the AC you can only put it on cool mode or heat mode but you cannot turn it off but overall the price was nice I was able to upgrade my room at the front desk which was good and the location was great

Dirty got woke up in the middle of the night like I was a delincuent it was just the worst hotel ever

This is the dirtiest mismanaged hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of walking into. We were so disappointed we left asap and booked another hotel immediately. I’m truely disappointed that this hotel is on this sight and consider this fraud.

Doesn't look like the pictures no outlets to charge the phone the keys for the door damage or something they have to send maintenance to our room to fixed

The hotel was not as described in your advertisement No outside bar , No restaurant, No cafe, no beautiful blue pool, the tv barely worked The elevator wasn’t working had to go all the way to back of motel to use service elevator, there was banging alll day n night from maybe pipes idk It was terrible … NEVER would of stayed here

Checked in went to the room bed bugs bathtub needs to be tore out the wall looks like it's ready to be went right back downstairs checked out will be requesting a refund

Really bad dirty and bad service thank god I got my refund at least they helped there.

Los alrededores del hotel se veian poco confiables sin mucho alumbrado y sin seguridad. las pasillos y las salidas del elevador con mal olor y una fachada de mal gusto. La habitacion por igual incluyendo el bano.

This hotel is not ina great location, lobby was somewhat clean, but as we were checking in, the police were coming in for an issue with other guests, we started headign to the room but never made it, the first floor rooms looked very unkept the ac units were dirty and vents were missing with opening right into rooms...we never made it up the elevator! We just turned around and left after paying 45$ for early checkin!
