Flot hotel, centralt tæt på alt sød og venlig personale især Yasin og damen i receptionen. Alt var perfekt vi boet et familie rum med køkken og flot stue.

If I could give this stay more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—this was a 6/5 experience from start to finish. The location on Gran Vía was unbeatable. Waking up to that view every morning felt unreal—the city right outside your window, full of energy but still peaceful when you needed it to be. It honestly made the entire trip feel more special. The service was just as impressive. Every interaction felt genuine, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overwhelming. You can tell they truly care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together—everything we needed and more. It felt like a perfect mix of luxury and home. This stay didn’t just meet expectations—it exceeded them in every way. I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had.

Good location and comfortable

The bed and linens were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay at this property again.

No lo piensen! 100% RECOMENDADO! La ubicación es inmejorable. Súper seguro. La habitación tiene cuarto privado con puerta y una sala, cocina equipada, nevera, el aire perfecto. Todo es excelente. Además pude dejar las maletas dos días allí mientras viajaba a Sevilla y volvía. El personal increíble. Gustavo en recibirnos fue súper atento y en recepción todos sumamente amables y colaboradores. El restaurante es bellísimo y un ambiente fabuloso.

Esta muy bien situada, para alguein que quiere comprar en la.Gran Avenida... pero hay ya signos de desgaste y deterioro. Cua do llegué a la habitación el olor a comida era muy fuerte y se sentía cada vez que prendía el aire. Hay un solo ascensor para los huespedes y es pequeño, mucho tiempo de espera.. Recepcion miniatura con una sola persona a cargo con gran tiempo de espera. La cadena tiene otro hotel en la 14 que se esta muy bueno.

The best location, clean, modern and unlike many hotels, you can both heat or cool your room is desired, and air is very quiet. Rooftop is extra bonus with excellent city view.
