Excellent location, lovely staff, nicely turned out, however the bed was like a concrete block. Deeply unconfortable and had a miserable nights sleep.

The photos of the property show it to be in fine upkeep and to a good standard but that’s just simply not true. The bathroom was dirty and dimly lit, maybe on purpose so all you could see was the grouting moulding and nothing else. Carpets are thread bare, curtains were tattered and the air con may have gave us legionaries disease. The balcony door and window were physically locked. What especially not nice to find another man’s condom wrapper beside the bed and potentially his man fluid next to the bed.

The hotel was in the location we needed to be

Rengøringen lader meget tilbage at ønske, der blev ikke støvsuget i den tid vi var der, der var snavs i krogene i badeværelset, håndvasken og toilettet blev ikke rengjort Sengene blev ikke redt. Det eneste der blev gjort var at de kopper vi havde lavet kaffe i vaskede rengøringen af i håndvasken på badeværelset. I øvrigt var det meget utrykt at døren til hotellet altid var åben selv om der ikke sad nogen i receptionen.

Stain on the carpet, broken mirror. TV remote didn’t work. Hotel is tired and in need of renovation. Not worth the price, much better hotels in the area for less money. Breakfast was very poor. No freshly cooked food, stale pastries and cereals

Room was fine. Reception staff very friendly. Found a used item from a '50 shades of grey sex kit' on the floor of the room. Handed it in to reception.

Had a layover for a night. Nice hidden hotel. would stay again

The room was in very poor condition. The carpet was very worn and stained. There was no remote control for the TV. Some of the plug sockets did not work. The furniture needed replacing. The beds were uncomfortable. Not much choice at breakfast.

Definitely not a deluxe room, shower leaking, broken dressing table, exposed wiring in the wall, terrible mirrors & lighting, room door closet broken, really noisy, not at all like the photos!

This was a work trip and i had to stick to a strict budget. My room had windows that wouldn't close which is not ideal next to a railway. The lights in the bathroom had a habit of coming in when they felt like it. Breakfast was disappointing and certainly not worth it. If i had to sum up concisely I'd say it was ok. Didn't expect amazing, didn't get it. But it was OK

amazing hotel, very close to local stores and railway station. yes, the train passes close to the hotel, but it wasnt noisy at all. didnt wake me and it was worth the convenience. really nice clean, new hotel.

Nice location just off the main high street, huge room with comfy bed, did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Nice hotel. Noisy trains - just outside the window. Quite annoying to be honest - double glazed windows made little difference.
